Randy Couture is one of the most beloved fighters in MMA thanks in part to his ability to win fights he is meant to lose and also because he’s always willing to give reporters and fans his time, regardless how turrible or oblivious they may be.
Case in point: When cornered by JayT “Hotsauce” Warsh at an the two-year anniversary of his Toronto branch of Xtreme Couture, “The Natural” didn’t ask if he was on an episode of Punked or if one of the guys from the Vegas gym put him up to it, he just rolled with the punches and let the Flock of Seagulls fan do his thing.
Even when JT tries to tell Randy he’s wrong about how many kids he has and when he asks him how he would feel if one of his children wanted to fight in spite of the fact that Ryan Couture had already been training and fighting for a while by that point, Randy just gives his points without ever staring or pointing at the dude’s mullet or fake Gucci glasses.
You’re a better man than us, Randy.
