I just turned 41 and it’s tough keeping up with the young ‘uns in my kenpo and jui jitsu class. But on the other hand, it feels really good to submit somebody who’s more than half your age. Two weeks ago in sparring class, I gave a 16 year old kid a body shot that was so hard it knocked him to the floor. He didn’t fall over, I smashed him down! In that same class, I punched a brown belt girl right in the face. Wha-BAM!

Man, beatin’ on kids is fun….

I got my payback rolling with my 18 year old training partner. He broke my pinky in a gi on gi flow match.

Do you know how hard it is to wrestle with a pinky in a splint?
