Hey Than, that is called “Felony Fights”, might as well be bum fights most of the time. It is an embarassment to mma fighters everywhere. They get ex cons, usually with no training, to fight each other for money… No rules at all. Shad just happens to be an ex con, so he was invited. They do 2 on 2 fights, 2 girls fight 1 guy fights, crazy shit… Might make you want to watch but it is truly barbaric and just plain wrong. There need to be rules in MMA. One thing I will say, the participants are losers so seeing them get their ass whipped is mildly (and I stress mildly) entertaining. Most of the time it is aimless flailing hay-makers that ends up in the street fight head-lock. 9 times out of 10, one person gets cracked and doesn’t want to continue… bitch style.

So, if you don’t want to roll with a homosexual you’re homophobic? Why don’t the girls at the dojo wanna roll with me? Is it because they’re all lesbians? No, it’s because you don’t want to roll with some one who might be attracted to you sexually. I can understand perfectly if some chick at the dojo would be uncomfortable full mounting me, or with me laying in her guard; if she would rather spar with other women. There is nothing, at all, “phobic” about that. This guys should understand that if he’s openly gay, some guys aren’t going to want him grappling with them, just as the girls at the gym don’t want to roll with me.

Some idiots are so quick to step on the soapbox and throw terms like “homophobic” around. Stop trying to be so politically correct and think for a second.

Hey CP I saw a video of a street fight that Shad Smith had a few months ago, I remember it cuz he had a unique name. It was for some streetfighting website with no rules where Shad fought some dude who likes to fight, not an MMA fighter.
