How's the Arm, Frank?

When Frank Shamrock starts off this video by saying he wants to "clear up all rumors," we thought he was going to assure us that his fight against Cung Le was absolutely not a work. Well, he doesn't do that, but apparently his wife hasn't given birth yet. Good to know. The most notable part of the video is Frank's claim that his arm was already broken in the second round, but the bones didn't separate until the third. Sounds terrible no matter when it happened, and Frank has the fat cast to prove it. The song at the end is a strange choice, but whaddya gonna do, the guy's 35 years old; his favorite TV show is probably still Friends.

the choice of song is appropriate because that particular song is about a man who finds out he is about to become a father... shamrock obviously has found that out months ago, but nevertheless, the song is still appropriate!

The song wasnt wierd. The words of that song talk about a man just finding out that he's going to be dad for the 1st time. The song just states that he wants to be the best man that he can. Great song.

Sorry Hammtron. Your comment wasnt posted when I typed mine. Wasn't trying to copy you. I do agree with you though.

I actually like Frank, Cung is right the fight really could of gone both ways, there was about 2 times that Frank had Cung rocked. People keep saying that Frank wasn't taking the fight seriously enough but the man is just extremely confident in his ability. He earned a fan that night from the way he fought.

Fuck that song sucks!! Are you kidding me it sung by a douche, and played by a talented douche. He got paid so well on the fight yet he still can't afford to repair that snaggle tooth. Damn Frank, fix your grill!

rob you have no need to apologize hahaha, my name must have struck fear into your heart or something, treating me with such respect! i am a measly canadian university student!

Impressive that Frank could still throw those big shots with a broken bone. I hope to see the rematch, I bet Frank takes it to the ground in the first 10 seconds.

As a french canadian, i gotta say that Nicolette Shamrock is the dumbest sounding name ever.

Agreed about the name, sounds like some kind of Irish anti-smoking device.

I've been following the whole Shamrock/Le theory that the fight was fixed...

I didn't know what to think after the fight. It ended as predicted, with Le winning, but the stoppage seemed legit. The only thing, to me, that would have proven this theory wrong was for Shamrock to show that he really had a broken arm. Well, I guess we have our answer. I'm still gonna bet on Shamrock in the rematch though ;)
