Where is Liddell v. Babalu?

Cro Cop vs Gonzaga always freaks me out. At exactly the 23 second mark, look how CC’s foot is freakishly tucked under his backside. He was KTFO instantly! Probably broke that ankle, too.

What’s even more astonishing is how Cro Cop got up when he recovered and walked away under his own power like his ankle wasn’t just destroyed.
April 4th, 2008 at 12:00 pm
At the time they were saying Cro Cop ripped ligaments in his knee when he went down from the kick. I don’t know if that was ever proven.
April 4th, 2008 at 12:11 pm
Man, that guy is truely a one kick wonder
April 4th, 2008 at 12:37 pm
CroCop did have to undergo therapy for his ankle, but i dont know the exact injury

Sean Salmon could of made the list TWICE!!!! Who was it with the flying knee not too long ago….He crumpled exactly like he did against Rashad. It was during that 4 man middleweight tourney. ATT fighter KTFO out of Salmon in opening seconds. His name is killing me. I am sure it will come to me as soon as I walk away from the PC. Anyhow another GREAT list. Keep it up!!!!!

I enjoyed the irony that the video in at #4 ended with the commentator saying that Edwards has no replaced Williams as the best knock out kick in UFC history, but the Williams KO was at #3.
April 4th, 2008 at 1:38 pm
The reason that cro cop was ok was due to the fact that he was unconscious before he even hit the ground and his muscles and ligaments never had an oppertunity to constrict.

fightfan Jorge Santiago KTFO Sean Salmon via knee at that Strikeforce tournament.

Some notes:
- Sean Salmon looked dead in #11.
- #10 video, that cracking sound as the kick lands is brutal. So is the fact they played fucking “Hey Ya” at the end there..
- That kick to Coleman’s face is just classic.
