JZ won that fight! Aoki landed NO striked except for a couple upkicks to the head. JZ landed 3 punches for every upkick.

How do failed submission attempts and running out the clock get you the win?

Utter bullshit, that fight was all JZ.

I don't know which fight you were watching Jeff, but it was pretty clear that Aoki controlled the fight. JZ looked kind of lackluster in this fight. JZ only had Aoki in trouble once about halfway through the first round, but he did nothing the rest of the fight.

I hope your joking jeff about Aoki vs Calvacante. The only time Aoki wa in real danger wa in the beginning of roun 1, and then recovered well from it. No he didnt throw a lot of strikes, but did calvacante go for any subs? its part of his game plan. And he landed Some BRUTAL upkicks and everytime he took him to the mat, he was always lookin for the sub and didnt allow calvacante to unleash any real gnp. Way to go Aoki, a force to be recon with in LW.
