Do you train? Do you train while your being filmed. I can’t stand Rampage 95% of the time but he was right and the way he did it was funny and to the point while keeping a good vibe in the jym.

dude rampage was so kind in his rebuke, the man barely even swore! come on, that aint even bad. hes a solid coach and didnt brow-beat his guys. well done rampage. he was encouraging even in discipline.

The makings of an excellent coach. See how he stopped them all, got them all up, stood them in a line and told them Look, this is your chance.. your shot.. there’s an assload of guys who would kill to be in your shoes, don’t make a mockery of it, when it’s time to train, it’s time to train, when it’s time to joke around, you’ll know it.
The slap on the face was just a wake-up call.. You’ll notice it was barely hard enough to make the guys head move.. so it’s not like he was trying to assault him, just wake him up.
I think Rampage makes a better coach than he thinks he does.
