Dan Henderson Wants Another Shot at Anderson Silva
Here’s the thing about this video. You know when you ask Dan Henderson who he wants to fight that he’s going to say Anderson Silva. And after that, when you ask him if he really thinks he has a legitimate shot at beating Silva, you know he’s going to say yes. You know that. But you have to ask him anyway, on the off chance that he’ll say he wants nothing more than to face Rich Franklin next. Then we could all relax without having to challenge one another’s illusions.
No such luck. However, note that Hendo says he wants to “get back in there and earn another shot.” Would beating Franklin accomplish that? Probably.
Also note the Dan Henderson-Wanderlei Silva highlight in all its slow motion, sound effect-y glory. Then tell me you wouldn’t want to see that one happen again. Just saying.

Watching the Henderson/Silva highlights made me remember how bad Henderson looked and got beat that night.

ya, hendo is solid but he has not shown in the UFC. i bet on him to win against rampage and silva.
id love to see him fight franklin. he would destroy him. but id also like to see him fight silva again. or even if he came back up a weight to fight liddel, then rampage again.
he needs a win and soon, thats for sure.

Silva is just a man and can be beat. I think hendo could do it a 2nd time around.
As it was stated he looked alot better when he fought rampage. I think it was all that time off.

Hendo has fought the best of the best time and time again. Every fighter should have his attitude about fighting.

This is exactly why Henderson is a Legend and will go down as such in MMA history. Right up there with Couture, Wandy, Liddell, and (probably) Anderson Silva.
