Pretty good video, the “Day in the Life” segments they do are REALLY good. There is one on Jay Heiron from a week or two ago also if you go to nbcsports.com you can easily navigate through the archives and find it. I think NBC is putting out the best MMA show today, and tiffany simons IS CRAZY HOT!!
