from what i have seen in iron ring they have lower talent grade then any other televised mma league and the rappers/managers act like they are all badass and hard!! i would love to see one of them talk some shit to a fighter and get beat down. hahaha! and i don't know if it was just for the tryouts but the fight stopege in the bouts seemed very premature. it's like watching minore league baseball, but hey when ufc is not on at least i can get a lil bit of a fight fix.

If you've been training and in shape and land any decent shot in that area, yes you will get KO'd. That's just the way it is. Amazing video though, haven't seen this in years

For those of you talking about the whole hammer and tire thing that is actually a great workout. It works your shoulders and power punching and it also helps with muscle control. Quite a few fighters use this in their training. Even though i dont see him as a legit fighter Brock Lesnar uses this workout only he usually only uses one arm.

Um he's not even getting dizzy when he is spinning around. I'm not sure what he is doing but he's not making himself dizzy. If you notice when he's spinning he's concentrating on his index finger. If you concentrate on something while spinning you will only be dizzy a very tiny bit or not at all. Figure skaters do the same thing when they spin really fast.
