Damn, stop all the hating, haters. Anyone who wants to try to bring me some interesting fights has my appreciation - and I don’t care if they also sell pink and white Hello Kitty merch, low rent Korean-made MP3 players, or art fag t-shirts only a gold diggin’ ho could love. I especially don’t care how badly they overprice the tickets since there are only two good views of a fight - from the fighters’ POV or from the camera crew’s angles. Everywhere else always has some number of fools blocking my damn view.

Besides, anyone who wants to pay $100 to stare up at a Jumptron is just helping to support a venue that wants to bring me more fights. The world needs more fights in it, not less - and Affliction is bringing us more. I wish them all the best.

They better have a FANTASTIC fucking exciting show to be asking $100 for tippy top BULLSHIT seats. I don’t know if right out the gate you want to charge UFC prices when YOU AIN”T THE UFC. Fedor better rip Tim’s head from his shoulders because you know a crowd full of Affliciton (CLOTHING) fans will be booing at the first chance they get.

$250K in tickets isn’t even slightly impressive. The average ticket price is about $500, 250K at that price is about 500 tickets sold in a 17,000 seat arena. That’s about IFL level interest.

Hmmmm, only fighers and Double D-bags wear affliction gear. Then again, only d-bags and fighters can afford them. There is no way in hell I’m paying 60 bucks for a shiny t shirt!

I know they won’t make any money this first time around… they are putting way too much out and with this kind of money spending they will be done in a year.

Went on the presale last week to buy tix to this event….. 100 dollars for nose bleeds. If you wanted SEMI decent seats you have to pay 200 bucks per seat, so I passed.

Overpriced seats and overpriced poser T-Shirts… but a great card. I give it 3 events before they fold.
