Lambert got stomped. He's very tough but he can't compete with a good striker. Even if he goes down to 185 i see him getting crushed. Either get much better at stand up or retire because the mma world is only getting better. A couple losses like this one could cause brain damage.

eh i dunno i wanna see a silva bisping match. silva is without a doubt the huge favorite, but i give bisping a good shot against anybody he's just a tough well rounded guy and he always pushes the pace. i think bisping needs to fight franklin and marquardt first but if he beats both of them i think he will be silvas toughest opponent so far.

buttflies is 100% correct. UFC has thrown easy fights at this guy, except for 2 of em, one he didnt win but the judges gave it to him cause he was the hometown boy, he never beat hamil.
and then his lose to a much better fighter in evans.
I seriously doubt he could beat marquardt, much less franklin, I think franklin would knock bispenis out!
I would love to see him fight silva, not cause he earned it, but I want to see him get beat near to death :) that would be so cool.
