i have trained with joe duarte at unleashed fitness in san diego. right near sdsu. all i can say is that he has had no boxing fights and no muay thai fights, hes been out of the army for 3 years. 1 year ago when i met him he had 1 mma fight. he also lies and told me he was the k1 champ. google his name you wont find him anywhere in k1. a little research does no harm. having said that he has earned the right to be on TUF, we will se where he goes from there

Hey guys,

Joe Duarte is one hell of a fighter and a really cool guy. Joe has inspired me to work harder and trust you will see a new and improved Jason Guida in the future. I have all the tools but just didnt work as hard as I could have. With a newfound work ethic I will be able to take my natural gifts and become a great fighter.

I thank Joe for this motivation.

Say what you want about any of us but Joe Duarte is a really cool guy and if you met him you would definitely agree.

Hey Joe…it’s okay man. you’ve paved the way for a lot of the fighters out here on Guam. I just hope they bring you back for the finale and you can show the world what a Chamoru Boy from Guam can do. Good Luck in the future and thanks for giving us hope here on Guam and the Marianas Islands.

hey Joe, i’m rooting for you. (Just heard about you from Dana during the TUF alumni part)
Anyway, MMA is so popular right now, it brings out so many people that have no idea about the sport. They think its like wrestling or something. So dont mind them too much.

People: Dana is hyping Joe because he sees something very special in him.
Hi is not saying he can beat A.Silva or BJ Penn now, he saying he’s going to be great.

Perfect is example is Forrest Griffin. Look where he’s at today.
Once Hybrid gets higher level competion, then we’ll see but looks good so far!
