I don’t care how tuff or how good of a fighter Leben is. The reason why people think he’s a punk and a b**** is because of his attitude, plain and simple.

He may have matured, but he has absolutely no class whatsoever. He needs to be fed multiple servings of humble pie and even then, I doubt it would make much difference.

Leben can mature all he wants, but you can’t take the punk attitude and lack of class out of him, it’s in his blood, it defines who he is. Nonetheless, change is possible, he simply needs to genuinely care and do it from within with effort on his own part.

If I didn’t know any better, I’d say he’s just trailer park white trash and will be for life, however, I sincerely hope he changes himself for the better, gets some class and respect for others, and be a positive asset to the MMA community not just as a fighter, but as a decent human being as well.

We can all better ourselves, and Leben is no different, I just hope he truly does it.

I think this is the 4th time I’ve heard Leben talk about how much he’s changed and matured. He says it during the promos for every one of his fights. He even talked about it during TUF after he lost. Granted everyone continues to grow and mature through their life but he always references the “immature” person he was before so apparently it was always just a lie.

Hopefully it’s true this time but there are only so many times you’re allowed to say that you’re “nothing like the punk you were before” and still have people care…

Bisping will outsmart Leben? Bisping would have gotten his ass handed to him by Silva if that fight happened (or if it does happen). Look at most guys that have fought Silva - he makes them look bad. First Franklin fight was embarrassing. Leben learned from the Silva loss. When Bisping loses or should have lost a decision (Matt H), he thinks the other was lucky or he dominated. He learns nothing but gets cockier.

I want Leben to smash Bisping’s face in. He will.

I hate Bisbing almost as much as I hate Nate Quarry. But..I think Bisbing is going to destroy Leben. Leben will probably use the same technique as he tried against Silva (no technique..just punch him hard) but Bisbing will easily outsmart him.

For someone I couldn’t stand on TUF 1, Leben has really changed his mindset and matured.

Kudos to him. I might actually be a fan now.
