Boy, all the posts I read defending Rampage against a woman who lost her child is just fng sick. Even if the impact did not cause the miscarraige, there is signifigant stress with an accident like that, add on the person drove off and your stressed on how it gets resolved, then to find out it is a Clebrity ass kicker that hit you. I am sure that might have played more of a role than nothing. She may have miscarried if he did not hit her. That much is true. But the fact is, she may not have miscarried if he did not hit her and we will never know. There is no need for reasonable doubt in a civil case. Driving off and the other crap just adds more to it. The woman lost her baby and had a clean bill of health a week before. So if he did have any possibe impact on her losing her baby, as nice as a guy as he is, he should have to pay.

The lady was out driving in her Escalade by herself. I commend Rampage for preventing this dumbass from reproducing.
I don’t even believe in global warming but I still get pissed when I see a 120lb chick driving an SUV by herself. And don’t say she got the SUV for safety reasons, cuz clearly that didn’t work out so well.
Why should Rampage have to pay money to resolve this issue when the couple can just have sex and make another baby for FREE? It makes no sense.

That damage is to the car is definitely not limited to knocking the mirror off. That front door is severely dented, so something had to hit that directly. The rear door has also been damaged down below near the wheel arch, again, a result of a direct hit. But the biggest damage you’re not seeing is that the very rear side window has been shattered out completely as the rear of the car has been hit near too, noticible by the inward bend between the wheel arch and the bottom frame of the window.
So I’m assuming the Ramage’s car slammed into the Escalade diaganoly from the side, then the Escalade hit the curb, bounced back into Ramage’s car which was still alongside the Escalade, but further up, and now inline with mirror, which it slams into and rips off.
Now, that’s a crash that is not only serious, but prolonged, contained several hits which would enduce mutlilple, forceful inertia changes. This is and not just a tap on the mirror. Severe prolonged jolting of a persons body is serious enough, but when pregnant, if a body feels itself at risk, it will perform a sort of “reflex abortion” as it believes it is in such serious danger, maintaining another life now, and into the future, would severly limit it’s own ability to survive. The body’s first job is to protect itself. A violent, prolonged, and sereve shaking of a pregnant woman is enough to cause the body to perform such an action. Combine this with the stress after the event and you have a perfect set of circumstances in which the body undergoes “reflex abortion”.
I rest my case your honor.

funny, but wouldn’t rumpage ordinarily be fighting for the rights of the unborn and shit? you know, being gods personal warrrrrrior and all?? he’s fucked. if the UFC had any sense at all they’d keep him at arm’s length until the trial. dana shouldn’t (as any UFC representative shouldn’t) be seen with the guy until the trial occurs if the UFC ever wants to be accepted as a mainstream sport and granted a degree of respect.
