I got respect for ANY fighter, period that steps into the cage/octagon. After a few years in the game, and some fights under her belt, then I may say she is a main card fighter in profesiional mma. After getting her jaw broken in 3 places, while smiling to greet her opponent like they were high school pals going to the mall shows she is not ready to be where they are putting her.

I am all for female mma....but that Couture fight was embarrassing to watch. I never seen a fighter turn around and shut their eyes when being punched??? and then just run away the rest of the time when not in the clinch?? Couture's opponent had NO business in a combat sport. How do fighters like that become pro or accept fights when they obviously didnt even want to fight

I just got home from San Jose watching those fights. I was hoping for more out of Yves Edwards/Duane Ludwig and it sucked that Southworth didn't get to stay in longer. They were showing Stitch put vaseline on his cut on the jumbotron and he peeled a fat chunk of his eyebrow back. That cut was fuckin deep! It wasn't a gusher but I can see why they stopped it.
I couldn't believe how many affliction shirts and dbags there were. Does nobody read these message boards?? Do they not know how uglythose shirts are? Fucking christ.
