ON Fat Rosie - Rogan is a buffoon. . ON Hacker claims UFC.com - GRIN. Wait until the UFC internal company emails are posted....that will settle many conspiracy theories. Might land someone in jail...Martha Stewart style. Someone once said, "The Truth Will Set You Free." Almost sounds like Cage Potato motto, not. Cool music... . ON Bigger Arms - is any of that true? . ON Counting Calories - No way in hell. not me and Fat Belly Frank, we are sticking together over this one. . ON UFC Should Monitor the Weights of Its Fighters - maybe they should just count calories? . ON Rashads Trash - if he fails on Saturday. You have permission to kick your dog, your girl, or Danga. If Rashad is successful, kick them twice! GRIN . ON Girl Rushed to Hospital for Chicken Nugget Addiction - QUOTE: "inflamed veins in her tongue" well she is only 17, ask me once she turns 18. . ON the Rest of EM...No opinion. Something rare around here.

To the "Big Arms" link: The example he gave is also known as a "Super Set" or, I even heard it around the gym called, "Pyramid." You don't want to work your arms to failure every work out. Once a week is enough. I suggest splitting your work out up into the "push/pull" days. Biceps and back, one day; triceps and chest, the next. Repeat for 6 days and rest on the 7th. Of course, for arms like that picture, you need steroids and to inject some sort of silicone into your arms. Dudes don't even have arms like that pic at the Arnold Convention, in Columbus. Of course, I'm just going for the Ronda Rousey weigh-in anyways, this year.

I thought everyone was done talking about 9/11 years ago because it was too uncomfortable to consider the implications of such an obvious bullshit story. . I used to think the world of DW for what he did for MMA. . Now I can't get past how much of a foolish douche he is. Challenging hackers when ufc.com is as vulnerable as it is - it's just naive and irresponsible. Now he's compromised the personal information of customers that trusted them with it at his site. . I've heard of showing up to a gun fight with a knife. But Dana just showed up to a gun fight without even knowing what a gun is.
  16. RwilsonR Says:

@ ManBearPig - I forget his name, but that guy in that picture is the world record holder for largest arms, and also the subject of a crazy documentary called 'The Man Whose Arms Exploded' or something like that. He's a really sad, pathetic dude, who injects steroids all day, and could never get his arms big enough. His attitude about his arms was exactly like an anorexic chick who weighs 70 pounds and looks like the worst fed person at Auschwitz, but looks in the mirror and thinks she's too fat. Then one day he snaps his bicep muscle, and it becomes infected, andhe tries to cut out the infection himself... really disgusting shit. Check it out.

Sorry but an angry fat dyke and a paranoid stoned discussing conspiracies has about the same weight as a quark. Referencing the free fall rate (while ignoring that a building imploding is not actual freefall) and also ignoring bin laden (an actual masters level engineer) speaking about how disrupting base structure and adding heat can collapse a building years prior? Seriously how was that the lead video? Couldn't get hamburgler to discuss event horizens and have a potentially valid lead,

Man Rogan just lost a lot of points in my book.. still love the guy but, he just made himself sound so ignorant. The thing is, the only people that think that are people like Joe that just don't know anything about structural engineering and the details of what happened. I'm not saying I do either, but the people who do all agree.. that it went as expected. I've seen the research, the formulas, the strange "tube in tube" design of the towers, and while I don't understand it it's there. If 99% of the worlds structural engineers and scientists and what not are not baffled by what happened, and they all agree that a controlled demolition is an insane theory, then they are probably right. Not Joe Rogan and the Seacow he's talking to.

Grosse Patate Says: You can’t melt steel with airplne gas.. Fact, not theory. Rogan is holding back a bit cause he’s working with Fox now. FACT: Jet fuel burns at 800º to 1500ºF, not hot enough to melt steel (2750ºF). However, experts agree that for the towers to collapse, their steel frames didn't need to melt, they just had to lose some of their structural strength--and that required exposure to much less heat. "I have never seen melted steel in a building fire," says retired New York deputy fire chief Vincent Dunn, author of The Collapse Of Burning Buildings: A Guide To Fireground Safety. "But I've seen a lot of twisted, warped, bent and sagging steel. What happens is that the steel tries to expand at both ends, but when it can no longer expand, it sags and the surrounding concrete cracks." "Steel loses about 50 percent of its strength at 1100ºF," notes senior engineer Farid Alfawak-hiri of the American Institute of Steel Construction. "And at 1800º it is probably at less than 10 percent." NIST also believes that a great deal of the spray-on fireproofing insulation was likely knocked off the steel beams that were in the path of the crashing jets, leaving the metal more vulnerable to the heat. Next...
  26. ArmFarmer Says:

    Sat, 01/28/12 - 11:55

If jet fuel burns at a MINIMUM of 800 and up to 1500, and it's inside of a confined space full of paper, furniture, electrical equipment, vav boxes, insulation, drywall, and whatever else might be in an office building.. and the structure was already damaged by a 500mph commercial airliner smashing through it, I don't think it's at all unrealistic to say the steel was severely WEAKENED (no one ever said it was melted). This is the problem with these theories, it's all speculation by people who have 0 knowledge of what they are actually talking about. The steel melting strawman argument was exposed and debunked years ago, it's one of the oldest 9/11 myths. The fact that people are still using that to make their case just shows that in the last 10 years they have done no research whatsoever and just regurgitate the same old bullshit.
  27. edhedicus Says:

    Sat, 01/28/12 - 01:15

The other conspiracy argument that absolutely drives me nuts as the towers collapse, you can see "explosions" from the windows as the building comes down upon itself, as it was designed to do. When you take an acre of inclosed space, there is an acres worth of air in that space. Do they not know how an air compressor works? You smash all of that air into a smaller and smaller space, the air is going to go somewhere at an amazing high pressure. Enough to blow out windows stories below the enormous mass coming down. If there was any conspiracy, it wasn't explosives and prepping of the buildings. It was allowing the attack to happen at all....
  28. ArmFarmer Says:

    Sat, 01/28/12 - 01:36

That's the only conspiracy theory I can tolerate.. that it was simply allowed to happen. Actually making it happen in the ways they describe is just insane. It would take complete cooperation of thousands of people, and not one of them coming forward in the last decade. That in itself should convince most reasonable people it couldn't be pulled off.

@ArmFarmer - for a guy that loves to use the term "conspiracy theory" and enjoy debunking them...tell me about either JFK or RFK murders. . @intercept440 - GRIN, smart man. Very little changes over the centuries. . @Grosse Patate - forget the collapsing towers, the pentagon, or the dirt field. I'd also lose the tower 7 theory also. If you don't think 911 happened by chance - you should also forget worrying about the hijackers. Unless you are looking into the people they associated with. . Maybe you should spend your time looking carefully at all the events leading up to 911. . More interesting is the Timothy McVeigh case, Terry Nichols, Philippine connections, and a gaggle of Islamist ties who's names creep up later. . http://sheikyermami.com/2010/04/18/oklahoma-city-bombing-the-strange-case-of-tim-mcveigh/ . Conspiracy theories, I just don't know too much about them.

Grosse Patate, I don't know where you get your facts from but I'd cancel my subscription. Steel used in american buildings will lose 60% of it's load bearing strength between 1000°F and 1300°F. Jet fuel has been tested to burn between 500°F and 700°F and has been tested to burn at a maximum 1800°F. The fire started out as a fuel fire and became a contents fire, a contents fire can burn as hot as 1100°F. The jet fuel would have been burned off well before the collapse. You do not need to melt the steel to cause a collapse you just need to heat it enough to cause it to twist, once it twists the structural stability is compromised, with a gaping hole already compromising the building there isn't much to keep it from failing. Instead of listening to conspiray theory retards, who have no experience in building construction, demolition or firefighting. You should ask someone who does, any firefighter will tell you the length of time the building was burning was enough to cause what happened. The windows blowing out as it was collapsing was caused by the architecture of the building, that was caused by the floors pancaking on each other before the outside frame collapsed, not from internal explosive devices. How much can you actually believe from the "Loose Change" conspiracies anyway? They've already revised their claims twice because they were proven wrong. We get it, George Bush was a bad guy, as is every politician, (see bank bailouts for proof) there is no way he or a team of those idiots could have coordinated anything like this.
