Japanese MMA Legend Kid Yamamoto Announces Battle With Cancer

Several fighters have expressed their thoughts about the late Kid Yamamoto.
Japanese MMA sensation Michihiro Omigawa is now officially been signed for UFC 126. Omigawa will face a tough return to the octagon against Chad Mendes. Norifumi ”Kid” Yamamoto will also make his UFC debut at UFC 126, Kid will take on Demetrious Johnson in a bantamweight bout.
If you’ve been following MMA for any amount of time you’ve surely heard the talk that Japanese MMA is on the decline. The fighters that have ventured outside of the Japanese circuit have not met with great success as of late. Fighters such as Yoshihiro Akiyama, Michihiro Omigawa, Shinya Aoki, Kid Yamamoto and Takanori Gomi have all struggled outside of the confines of Japanese MMA.
