‘Affliction: Banned’ Promo Kicks Your Ass

Dude, how slick is this? I didn’t care about Mike Whitehead until just now, when I learned that he enjoys head-butting through glass. They may have spelled “Lindland” wrong, but Josh Barnett‘s classic throat-slashing thing and the voice of Michael Buffer more than make up for it. Whatever you’re selling, we’ll take two!

Certainly not to impressed with the freebie first hour!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a joke...? Love the ufc glad there's some comp. along way to go before my ppv dollars go elsewhere, besides did you see that free Silva fight on spike, great card... that's ALL FIGHT LOVIN' FOLKS!

Fedor is over the hill, Sylvia's too stupid to tap when his arm's broken, and I personally enjoy watching men beat the crud out of each other for the pride of it, not because they like to wear fruity t-shirts. Yes, competition is good, yes, the UFC is a bohemoth in the MMA world, but Affliction can't make a dent if all they've got is a Russian, a Belarussian, and a Maine-iac.

Tim Sylvia is a giant lazy over rated no talent faget who fights like a damn pussy. Trust me I have rented 3 of his fights. He did'nt do shit to Arlovski in UFC 61 had a wrestling match with Monson in UFC 65 and Couture made him his bitch at UFC 68. Hes a good fighter but a piece of shit against real Competition. If this so called Fedor is so good he should have no problem with Sylvia. I mean sure there are some good fights but I would for sure rent UFC 86 over Banned. Rampage and Forest is gonna make a great fight. Plus the Cote fight to see who fights my boy Anderson Silva will be a good one two. Damn its about time the UFC got rid of that big ugly {Sylvia}. UFC forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, seriously... how can you even talk trash about this event. regardless of who has put it together. i'm sorry but, fedor is as of now the most talented fighter ever. i wish he would come to ufc to bring some ownage into the heavyweight devision. and honestly this whole card is full of talented fighters. dont talk trash about these guys when ur prolly some fat kid lilvin with mom and dad who has never even got in a fight much less fought in a competition.

affliction is not gay first of all, and as far as the card goes, is it the greatest? No, but it's not the worst. As far as losers? No. Fedor is a bad ass one of the best records right now. These are fighters that left the UFC, UFC did not leave them. Cut affliction some slack, first time out guys, UFC just got mainstream in like the past five to eight years they didnt start off with the names they have now. Also who cares about the promo im here for the fights, so you guys can keep talking about how good or bad the promo is.

Good fighters, bad promo. The fighters cut what the promo doesn't, having the name Fedor Emelianenko hypes by itself.
I give credit to the UFC promos, they're awesome. Hopefully we get to see more fights of this wonderful fighter.

That is an awesome promo, fits the Affliction style a lot better, I couldn't see them having the same type of promo as UFC. I will definitely be buying this on ppv.

cutthroat: it's not Bruce Buffer, it's Michael Buffer. Bruce Buffer is a tool and lives in the shadow of his more successful, better looking brother Michael. Having Michael's voice on the event adds something for sure. Good promo.
