That’s a shame; Aleks is a good technical striker, something US fans haven’t seen in their respective Heavyweight divisions for a while.

He has yet to do any further testing and has not disputed his licensing. What do you think that tells you genius. I’m almost certain, you won’t get anyone that will want to fight him here in the U.S. even if he could get a license. Cleary a d1ckwad, but thanks for giving me something to do.

Aleksander Emelianenko, the younger brother of WAMMA heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko and an established MMA heavyweight, has tested positive for Hepatitis B according to MMANews.com, confirming earlier rumors that Emelianenko was pulled from Affliction “Banned” on July 19th after testing positive for the virus:

“A source close to the situation…explained that the blood tests came back right before Aleks and Buentello were scheduled to weigh in and that is why there was so much confusion around the stage and why the fighters did not weigh in.
