Former UFC Octagon girl and Diego Sanchez-lover Ali Sonoma won the overall Arnold Amateur NPC Bikini Championship in Columbus, Ohio this week. Apparently the women’s class was broken into two divisions: tall and short. Simple enough, right? Ali won the tall division (the woman who won the short one is standing next to her in the above picture, clearly envying Ali’s height), but also won the overall honors.
Good thing, because judging from that picture she basically lived in a tanning bed for the last few weeks. At least she didn’t go overboard, like some other people.
Looks like times aren’t so hard for Ali after all, even if we’re still baffled by those pictures of her on the weird porn site. Which we totally only looked at for research…um…professional purposes. Try explaining that when your mom walks in, though. Seriously, it was really uncomfortable and our relationship hasn’t been the same since. But congratulations, Ali.

People need to realize that she was in a competition. 1 She trains hard to prepare for the comp and loses BodyFat down to an unhealthy level just for comp not for everyday. Its kind of like overclocking your computer to run benchmarks for bragging rights. 2 Figure and Bikini competitors use spray on tan to darken the skin so their muscles look more defined on stage. Also its helps them to not look washed out while under bright stage lights. Think makeup for actors and news people on tv only they need it all over. 3 Competitors will look a little sickly because, in a way it is an extreme sport only with diet and workouts. It is not something that can be maintained 12 months a year. Find off season pics of her and see how she looks when she is not competing and then decide if you like how she looks. 4 Boob job.... Well.. this is totally up to the individual. Many Fitness/Bikini competitors decide to get them because of industry pressure. So many of them get them. When you diet and train like these girls do, you lose a lot of body fat, thus losing a lot of breast size. As for me, I think a good boob job can look really good. I think her's looks pretty good. Again, I would take a look at her off season pics and see what you think. I don't think she looks way too thin in that pic but not sustainable. You have to admire someone that has the dedication to diet and train their bodies to competition level. Although I think both girls are attractive, I think Ali looks the best.

Lol, it's funny to read about all the homosexuals here who hang out on the internet and rag on Ali about this and that, and yet they could never get anything remotely close to her beauty in a million years...cough Polish queer etc. Beauty pageants and Especially body building competitions almost mandate that you "bronze up" strictly for a competition or certain musclemag photoshoots because it helps accentuate one's muscle definition or some crap like that. Having darker skin also helps not-blind the judges and audience (As you may be able to tell from the picture that she displays more musculature than the other white beam of light that is the other woman--who is fine as well minus the tacky tattoo that all whores have). I guarantee you Ali doesn't walk around like that on a day-day basis, all oranged-out. Even so, I'd take her either/any way if given the chance. And yes she was perfectly fine before the augmentation, but she's still fine as hell now!

Yes, I would say all natural is more attractive in my own opinion and I would say looking healthy and not sickly is more attractive as well, but the whole point behind competing is to look maxed out in one way or another. In this case to have the best figure for a bikini. Her hair will not look as healthy when she dehydrates herself to cut weight and look more ripped. It is hard on the body. You just need to know what you are doing and not kill yourself. Then start eating a healthy amount of cals when you are not competing. Her skin tone is not meant to look natural or even good for that matter. Actually believe it or not , I bet the shorter girl actually has a nice natural tan. See what the lights do to a regular tan?
