Thanks for your support guys. Training at TriStar is really going well. Before August, my plan is to pack on 30 pounds of sheer muscle and all of a sudden be able to fight like GSP. I'll Admit that Kenny has a tough fight versus a Motivated BJ Penn but don't count him out yet. He is still a good fighter, and We'll see if Penn can either close it out early are gases like he usually does. If he can weather the storm, the later the rounds go the better Florian's chances. Florian should utilizes his Muay Thai to keep away Penn's unusually long jabs.

I take KenFlo here. He will push the pace while being careful not to overcommit himself early so as not to succumb to BJ's handspeed and power. I'd say the tide of the fight will change towards the end of round 3 when it becomes apparent that BJ is fatigued. Kenflo takes it in a flurry towards the end of the fourth.

i wish everybody would quit whining about one side or the other and talk about the fight more. I think its gonna be a good fight exciting at least. I agree with others in thinking that someone will get blow out, I think its probably gonna be Kenflo that gets tko'd. If he retreats from BJ's boxing like he did with Joe Daddy (hands out running backwards), BJ is gonna connect. But that seemed to be the only point during that match that his footwork didnt look stellar, so we will see... I could also see kenflo making BJ chase him for 2 rounds get him tired and and start kicking his legs and dome. It would be interesting to see them scramble though.
