I really thought you were smarter than that. BJ Penn has done nothing in his MMA career to make him a legend. He lost to Hughes, GSP twice, Machida, etc. Ran to 155 cause he could not hang in 170 and he beat a few people. Anderson Silva is a legend and BJ Penn is NOT.

I take KenFlo here. He will push the pace while being careful not to overcommit himself early so as not to succumb to BJ’s handspeed and power. I’d say the tide of the fight will change towards the end of round 3 when it becomes apparent that BJ is fatigued. Kenflo takes it in a flurry towards the end of the fourth.

I’ll Admit that Kenny has a tough fight versus a Motivated BJ Penn but don’t count him out yet. He is still a good fighter, and We’ll see if Penn can either close it out early are gases like he usually does.
