As many of you know, CagePotato.com will be in Boston this week for UFC 118 and the UFC Fan Expo. To commemorate the occasion, CP’s dedicated superfan-lackeys Viva Hate and ReX13 have organized a Potato Nation meetup on Thursday night for folks who live in Beantown or will be visiting for the fights. (Seriously, they made a Facebook page and everything.) Here are the details…

When: Thursday night, from "8:30 or so" onward
Where: Champions, a very classy-looking sports bar located on the second level of the Boston Marriott Copley Place (110 Huntington Ave.), with an astounding beer selection and more TV screens than a drunk person could possibly count.
What: Drinking; lots of drinking. The opportunity to hang out with your Internet friends. Trying to convince the waitress to put one of the TVs on Fox Sports Net so we can watch Bellator.

I have read this site religiously for about 2+ years now but I've hardly commented - I should probably start...

I'm driving into Boston tomorrow morning from New Jersey for the fan expo.

I'll be staying at the Hilton Back Bay - right across the street from the Sheraton on Dalton St

I see the walk to the meet up is 7 minutes (per google map lol)

Maybe I'll stop by when my friends from Maine arrive.

So Im guessin that Im gonna have to request a lap top be there so I can be there via Skype and so you assholes can also do a play by play of the night and see how their game measures up against high class ladies.

Rex13 vs Cute Waitress:

Rex comes out looking fresh and ready to go. Hes looking real confident as the waitress approaches the table, "Hey I was thin..." "NO". AND ITS ALL OVER!! In just under 30 seconds of the first the waitress shoots down one of go to guys from the CP camp... Man I didnt think Rex had a chance but I would have thought it would have gone the distance.
