When UFC Octagon Girl Arianny Celeste tweeted the message and picture below earlier this month, her legion of Internet stalkers were torn between wanting to believe that their thousands of fan letters suggesting she pose naked may have swayed her decision and that she was just fucking with them like the cheerleaders in high school used to.

Well, it turns out Arianny wasn’t bullshitting about the whole Playboy thing.

During an interview with MMAFighting’s Ariel Helwani yesterday prior to the UFC 118 press conference in Boston, UFC president Dana White broke the news Celeste fanbois have been waiting for for a long time.

“Yeah its true. She will be the November cover of Playboy. She just shot it. Probably the day she tweeted that she shot it,” White told Helwani. “All the pictures are coming back right now and from what I am hearing it was a great shoot and she’ll be the cover in November.”

Celeste will follow in the footsteps of former Octagon Girl Rachelle Leah, who was featured on the cover of and also in a nude pictorial in the November 2008 issue and White intimated that he thinks Arianny’s issue might outsell Leah’s issue

“It was good. Rachelle did really well and Rachelle’s cover was at a time when the UFC was not as big as it is now,” White explained. “And obviously Arianny… I would have to say she is one of the biggest and most beloved ring card girls we have ever had so I am sure it is going to do very well,” he said.

What’s unclear is whether or not Celeste will also do a photo spread for the issue and if she does if it will be nude, so you may want to hold off on booking a sick day for the day the mag hits the shelves.
