I’m okay with that. I remember when it first came out and I was in the screenshot of the top 10 rankings on one of the articles. Made my day. Also stopped playing the game.

My thoughts –

I started playing the FightPicker things to win the cool prizes. I actually signed up for BlockBuster’s promotion and have paid $12 a month since for movie rental crap.

Immediately after I signed up I had 2 weeks worth of problems receiving my chips, and missed out on the iPad and other promotions. Then when I finally got my chips there were no promotions anymore.

I stopped playing immediately : )

If I were going to try to put a game together I would try to be the first site to successfully put together a *good* MMA fantasy picker that didn’t try to mimic football or something.

Thank you CP my stranglehold on 10th place “Top Pools Winners” will live in infamy….and maybe everyone on the leader boards will get a CP a t-shirt or something?

Just rewrite Angry Birds using MMA fighters instead of birds and pigs. That should make money!

As far as other CP/MMA related games, I think you guys need to create the official CP punch machine online time waster game. The player could choose between controlling that tall dude who scored like 990 on it, or Pat Barry with his shorts rolled up into a makeshift thong. You could have a little bobblehead of Rex13 in the background that would taunt you as you played. You could even offer it as an iPhone app. It could be the next Angry Birds.

Speaking of rumors, Sudos, I just heard Nick Diaz disguised himself as an mma journalist(I know, WTF is that, right?) and went to Mayhem’s gym to get an interview over the weekend and Mayhem found out who he really was and shot Nick dead and then Nick’s family pressed charges but the got dropped because Nick caught the bullet with his teeth like Bruce Lee and is actually alive and well the judge declared a catchweight so they’ll fight sometime next year when Mayhem gets out of jail for he breaching his Bully Beatdown contract! Crazy

The forums are live and well, and we have two different fight predictin fantasy leagues.

Anybody who wants to keep predicting fights at cagepotato.com should register for the forums and join the CPFFPC (cage potato forum fight prediction championship). It’s hella fun.

We also have a fantasy draft and are in the process of taking turns drafting the entire UFC roster for a year-long competition starting on the 1st.
