With Chris Horodecki being pulled from Affliction: Day of Reckoning after failing his physical with a bulging disc in his neck, the organization has reached out to 7-1 southern California fighter Bobby Green to step in as a replacement against Dan Lauzon.  Important things to know about Green:

– His nickname is “King,” which is kind of weird.
– He’s never faced anyone of note in any major organization.
– He was suspended for three months and fined $500 after testing positive for marijuana following his victory over Raymond Ayala at Total Fighting Alliance 10 last March.

There, now you’re up to speed.  The question now for Affliction is whether this bout will stay on the pay-per-view portion of the card, or whether it will be pushed down in favor of the Jay Hieron and Jason High bout.  The latter sounds like the better idea, since guys who take fights on a couple days notice aren’t often known for putting on pay-per-view worthy performances.

I dont know, maybe i am going out on a limb but I went ahead and placed a bet on Arlovski. My gut feeling says he might just pull this one off. Believe me when I say that Fedor is the obvious choice...but when u make bets, you have to take chances if you want to make some money. Well if i lose, that will be ok. Its just $500 that all.....ahhhh wait a minute....wtf.....Fedor will more than likely win but just maybe, Arlovski will be victorious in this one.

For a guy that talks so much shit about "Needles" he sure does like to imitate him. I am "pazzled" by how this dude thinks Dana doesn't have the balls to show up. Dana would have the balls to show up with his TUF crew and put a show on out in the parking lot and stream it on the web to counter program affliction. I say they put a show on together title it UFC: Affliction and put Dana vs Atencio on the card and the winner gets control of "the mma."

Was that insecurity that Millen and Ortiz were showing us. Why are they playing name calling games, Accusations of steriod abuse, Wanna be "superstar". Man these guys are nerveous about Dana. This reminds me of two ignorant rappers battling eachother in the media but would never do it in real life.

Bobby Green is a very good all around fighter and a good matchup for Lauzon. I thought he was supposed to fight Micah Miller next, but I guess not.

This one will probably go to the ground where Green has good ground and pound, but his sub defense is a little suspect...
