Ariel Helwani at MMARated.com was kind enough to have me on his radio show to recap the week in MMA. We talked about the IFL’s ill-advised HEX. We pondered out loud whether or not it was a good idea to cancel plans and stay home to watch Cage Rage on an internet stream.
