After making my MMA highlight reel debut with "Sakuraba: Survivor," I decided to follow it up with a new compilation that’s both shorter and less depressing. The concept of "Stranglehold" is quite simple: Here are some of the most creative and infamous choke-submissions in recent MMA history, soundtracked by Ted Nugent. The cast of characters include Nate Diaz, Dan Miller, Renato "Babalu" Sobral, Shinya Aoki, BJ Penn, Nick Diaz, Demian Maia, CB Dollaway, and Toby Imada. Let me know what you think, and if you dig it, please share with a friend.

- That was great input....Shut the fuck up! KTHNXBIA.
Thats the difference between a high level bjj grappler and their opponent. The awareness of where their body parts are and where the leverage is the weakest.
The Peruvian Necktie all Jesse Taylor had to do was push CB's right leg from behind his head and he was free, and in top position.
The inverted triangle all the guy had to was swim his arm back (like a backstroke) behind the triangle lock and then he could have easily attacked and broken the triangle where it meets at the knee/ankle for the lock.
I might just be upset about Hazelett's injury and don't want a yearlong drought of his videos...
But he is the best on the ground--Yes, you Maia fans, I like McLovin more...Maia is a close 2nd in my book, and he might be able to put on some performances to catch up a little while Dustin is out with his injuries. He just always seems to be in the back of people's minds, but I think he's unbelievably talented, and that's why I like him.
Awesome highlight too.
