CagePotato would never condone a fighter continuing to assault his opponent after the fight has been stopped. That being said, the only person we really feel sorry for in this video is the referee, who was inadvertently (we hope) knocked unconscious in the post-bell melee.

The taunting seen from Jung Hyun Lee in his face-off with Takeo Shiina is something you’d expect to see from 1) an asshole, and 2) someone with enough experience to back their shit up. A quick trip to Sherdog confirms that Lee is one of these things. His staredown featured vigorous head bobbing followed by an insincere kiss—nothing we haven’t seen before in MMA, really.

The legal portion of the bout lasts thirty seconds, up until the point where Shiina connects with a left and sends Lee cascading to the canvas.  The knock out is obvious, but Shiina doesn’t feel that Lee has paid in full for his hubris and he follows him to the ground where he continues the beating. The ref tries to intervene but ends up eating punches and knees for his effort, and Shiina continues to abuse his unconscious opponent until pulled away by his corner.

Regarding the Ninja Who-Ahhh fight; You guys are incorrectly shitting on Bonello, you guys, as it was Rua who started the whole thing by blatantly dissing his opponent right off the bat. That's the only reason I even remember the fight, as it wasn't much of a match.

Bonello was already in his corner when Ninja, upon first entering the cage, straight laughed in Tony's face before going to his corner. After that Bonello was pissed and just wanted to throw bombs even tho he's supposed to be a jits specialist.

Anyhow, just wanted to clear that up, since the video started after Rua's entrance. And props to Bonello for being one of the toughest S.O.B.'s I've ever seen. Dude took some shots!

I gotta point out that Aleks landed his jab as Thompson bumrushed him and only fell because he lost balance. He then didn't "exchange blows", because he didn't even get hit during the exchange. He followed a pattern: block a punch, land a counter with one hand, miss with the next hand because Thompson's head was bouncing from the previous punch, rinse lather and repeat. Nicely done.

Or my personal favourite... Antoni Hardonk vs. Pat Barry. Hardonk comes out and dismisses the glove touch, instead opting to YAWP manly style in his former friend and training partner Barry's face. Barry was a bit taken aback, until 2 minutes later when he stood over a heap of Jell-O former known as Hardonk.
