Yeah, we know. You only like seeing dudes get knocked out when they’re wearing little gloves. But just give this one a chance and I think you’ll be pleased. 5’10" stick of boxing dynamite David Tua stepped back in the ring for the first time in over two years recently, and after taking a minute or two to find his range against Shane Cameron, he exploded with the same old ferocity to end things just seven seconds into round number two. Don’t ask us to explain why the ref did everything he could think of to save Cameron at the end of the first, only so he could take more punishment as soon as the bell rang for the second. Instead, just sit back and enjoy a different brand of violence for a change. A little variety is good for you.
It’s good to see Tua back. Now if only he could sharpen up his "Wheel of Fortune" skills.

commentsI don't only like one-sided pummelings... My point is that back when I was actively following boxing in the 90's I was disappointed on way too many occasions by fights that ended in decisions, without so much as a knockdown or a fighter getting rocked in the whole 12+ rounds. The fights were many times long and boring as hell. A fight where neither fighter even gets into trouble can be really boring. Like King said it's more fun to watch a fighter who wants to win by ending a fight rather than by scoring points. Don't get me wrong though I remember some really good boxing wars. It just seems like the rate of snoozers in boxing is a whole lot higher than the percentage of snoozers in MMA. Both sports have good fights and bad ones I just think there are many more good ones in MMA.
Maybe I'm a softie, who knows
Allowing that fight to continue into the second round was disgusting, and everyone involved, corner men, and ref alike should be ashamed of themselves. Shane Cameron could have easily died in that ring, as people have certainly died from sustaining far less trauma to the brain.
Anywho Tuaman is the shit you guys should look up that guys highlight video on youtube. ITS THE SHIEET.
One sided beatings aren't exciting; they're depressing. This goes for boxing and MMA both
