BabesofMMA just alerted us to a new photo shoot from Louisiana model/ring girl Laura Moro, and there isn’t much to say outside of hnnnnng.

In what is easily the greatest decision the UFC has ever made, our 2011 Hottest Woman in MMA winner, Brittney Palmer, has been brought back to the UFC. How you ask? Well, as we all know, Ms. Palmer stepped out of the limelight last year to pursue an art career, and had already completed a summer semester at an anonymous California based art school. And though her work was pretty damn impressive, Brittney clearly came to revelation that you don’t need to produce art, when you are art. And I would like to take this moment to speak on behalf of the general population and thank her for said revalation.

All kidding aside, it turns out the reason for her return began when just a few hours ago, Dana White sent out the following tweet:

From 2000-2006, PRIDE’s Japanese commentary team included a gorgeous model/actress named Eiko Koike, who famously broke into tears after Fedor Emelianenko kicked the crap out of Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira at PRIDE 25. (See the 9:01 mark of this video.) Was she a talented broadcaster? I have no idea. Have I spent the last hour searching for pictures of her on the Internet? Absolutely. Carmen Valentina is a fun-lovin’ porn chick who just happens to be a daily reader of CagePotato.com. She was so smitten with our recent Georges St. Pierre GIF gallery, that she wanted to pay tribute in some way. And so, she recorded the above video of herself dancing, inspired by GSP’s own goofy moves.

We appreciated the opening shout-out, and we loved the dancing — but at the 1:20 mark, things take a turn for the legendary. Thank you Carmen Valentina, for producing the greatest Free CagePotato message to date, then personally insulting our staff writer DangadaDang. See, I told you guys she was one of us!

Arianny, you have no soul, we have no soul, can’t we patch things up?

Halloween may be a couple of days away but the weekend is already upon us, so you may very well be donning a costume during your post-fight festivities. In the spirit of the holiday, we thought we’d hit you up with a gallery of female fighters, ring-card girls, and personalities in various stages of festive undress.

Before you go dropping corrections and complaints about some of these not technically being “Halloween” costumes, might we advise you to keep it to yourself? The sport may be evolving, but evolution doesn’t happen overnight, so just enjoy the pictures for what they are and don’t make yourself an easy target in the comments section.

As Babes of MMA informs us, Ashley Ferrara is an Oklahoma-based model and MMA/boxing ring girl who has held round cards for King of the Cage, Xtreme Fight Nights, HD Boxing, and Freestyle Cage Fighting, and was a finalist in that Hooters UFC ring card girl contest earlier this year. When she’s not doing gigs as a professional hot chick, Ashley studies law at the University of Oklahoma. She was once touched by Kimbo Slice. While furiously masturbating last week, Zeus of MiddleEasy.com made a rather interesting discovery: One of ProElite’s new ring girls, a 21-year-old model from Los Angeles named Paige Chapman, also “acts” in adult films under the name Chanel Rae. I had to Google her myself, and let me tell you, I was shocked.

Said ProElite VP of Fight Operations T. Jay Thompson: “It was news to me. But I’m a big believer in first amendment freedoms. I support Paige in her decision to make a living any way she chooses. I know one thing…Our ‘Win a date with a ProElite ring girl’ just got a whole lot more popular! Heck, Arianny does Playboy. It’s in the same genre. Actually I kinda hope Arianny goes the same route.”

Jennifer Swift is a model and writer for TapouT Magazine and co-host on B-Real TV who was recently hired as a ring girl for ProElite. We haven’t seen much from 2011 Hottest Women in MMA Grand Prix winner Brittney Palmer since she mysteriously disappeared from the UFC Octagon Girl rotation earlier this year. But according to a new feature in Fitness Gurls magazine — no, we’ve never heard of it either — Brittney is happily living and surfing in California, and recently finished a summer semester at art school. She tells FG about her art aspirations and new clothing line, and then there’s this little bit:

Q: I hear you’re coming back to the UFC one day, is that true?
A: I never left the UFC. Haha. UFC and I…I’ve been with the company for a really long time and we have a great relationship. I moved here and wanted to focus on art and they wanted to go in another direction for ring girls so it kinda happened at a good time. But it was never a situation of letting me go or me quitting. So the rumormill flies, but I’m still with the company…just taking a little time off to focus on art.

Laura Moro is a 22-year-old model from Shreveport who holds round-cards for the Louisiana-based amateur MMA promotion Ring Rulers. She seems to have a calming effect on wild animals. If you live near Bossier City, LA, you can see her in person at Ring Rulers’ “Battle Tested” event on October 28th; keep an eye out for Tito Ortiz.
