Nothing groundbreaking this time around, but I’m starting to agree with Nick Diaz about how it’s strange that the UFC expects fighters to be cordial and play nice before an event.
You can see on the faces of Rashad Evans and Phil Davis when they’re lined up with each other like they’re being trotted out for recess at the UFC on Fox 2 press conference that they are very uncomfortable with being forced to fraternize with the enemy. How many other professional athletes do you know that are made to play nice with their upcoming opponents while they are mentally preparing to go to war with each other.
If you missed the Chael Sonnen highlights from the presser yesterday the vlog puts them all in one tidy little clip for you, so at least there’s that.
Notably absent is Dana’s double-dog dare of Anonymous to hack UFC.com again and his subsequent reaction to having his personal information leaked by the social terrorist hacker group online last night.

Davis pulled a tito during the stare down.
