Some highlights from the first season of Chuck Norris’s World Combat League. It’s basically just kickboxing in a large bowl, but since it has Chuck’s name on it, you know there’s gonna be a devastating roundhouse kick (it’s at the 1:39 mark), and that girl-on-girl Superman punch at 1:00 is beautiful.

I boycott this stuff because of Chuck Norris. He says ground fighting is boring and people want to see knockouts not tapouts, when he himself is a black belt in BJJ under the Machados. What a hypocrite!
Chuck’s ‘league’ should have been presented exactly like this – a best of clip show. I tried a few times to make it through an entire show and just couldn’t do it. I don’t know if it was the pants and booties, the rampant flailing of limbs or the previously mentioned chick brawls. Entire thing was just…. off.
I’m with Boner(?)… uhhhh… that didn’t sound right.
Anyhow, the point is… I’m as bloodthirsty as next guy, but seeing a couple of young women getting it on like that kinda rubs me the wrong way.
After a short-lived career of this stuff, and beaten-up too darn ugly to land a decent mate… I visualize a future of serving spoiled rich kids in a high school cafeteria in order to support some ungrateful, abusive, out-of-work, alcoholic piece of shit.
It breaks my heart.
