In this edition of Dana White‘s UFC 90 video blog we get a look at the pre-fight preparations for both the staff and the fighters. So what’s the difference? Two words: body triangles. Sorting out ticket arrangements may be a hassle, but it’s nothing compared to having Anderson Silva attached to your back. We also see Dana White struggle through the taping of a PSA in a shirt he just bought at the hotel gift shop.

See, it’s not an entirely glamorous life of bro-ing down with fighters and having breakfast with Mandy Moore. Sometimes you have to wear a hotel gift shop shirt. And yeah, sometimes that shirt is itchy. You just have to battle through it.

big chris, i'm gonna have to go with the others on this one, cote has his mouth piece on when dana enters the room, he probably was just resting between rounds...i agree that the silva room was a bit more hectic than cote's but i sincerly doubt Cote is taking the fight lightly....we dont want him to pull a "shamrock" right before the fight either.

Well Marcel, I didn't see Fedor or any one like that in the room....I saw Tyson Griffin, jumping rope and Cote sitting down. That's all....You see Silva getting after it, and Cote sitting around. Dana walks in and Cote starts moving around like he is going to warm up...while Silva is in an intense session....That is why he is a chamion...That is all i am saying, if that bothers you and you think I am wrong in my observation, go take $1000 and put it on that workhorse Cote....especially since he's training with Oleg.

I out of all the shit shown in that video i think the most understated thing has to be how much bigger Fabricio Werdum has gotten ...he looks like he slapped on 15 20 lbs he looked like he could palm Danas "fuckin" head for better or worse this newly gained size will probably play a factor in the fight

@ BIG CHRIS- YOU ARE A BIG DOUCHEBAG. How do you know that Cote wasn't just resting between rounds of sparring with an entire Russian Spetsnaz unit fronted by Fedor and Aleks's bigger, tougher cousin Oleg? Geeez, what a dick.

Big Chris, I don't know if thats a fair observation about Cote...that was a 30 second clip...I'm fairly sure he doesn't spend the whole day doing that. It also looked like spider was using the workout as part of his cut.

I agree however, that Cote' should get stomped in this one.

I posted my thoughts on this earlier but i will say it again, does it seem funny to anyone else that Dana walks in on Silva in a vigirous grappeling match working on technique and in a room full of coaches yelling at him....and then Dana walks into another room where Tyson Griffin is jumping rope and there are a bunch of other fighters sitting around....one of which being Cote, he sees Dana jumps up and makes it look like he is doing something.....you can completly see the contrast here...If i was fighting an animal like Silva i wouldn't be sitting around watching Someone jump Rope, I would be working on everything I could....This guy is not ready To face the Spider. Cote is a peice of meat they are throwing in the Lion Cage....I pick Silva via round one devastation.....
