Brings up a good point about canadians getting free healthcare.

I believe that Starnes is simply a big pussy, he knew this was his last fight and knew he wasn't going to win, so he just tryed to get through the fight without any booboos. There are ways to go 3 rounds without getting hurt, he should learn from George.
