Canadians get free health care in the case of a serious injury - but stuff like long term care and physio is rarely covered under government insurance. Those decisions are made province to province. I grew up in Ontario (where physio is not covered) and lived in Montreal, Quebec as a student for three years. As an anglo they made it a living nightmare to use the free healthcare to which I was entitled when I got sick or hurt. The French have covert ways of making Anglos pay for old and perceived grievances.

No argument though against Starnes wussing out. It was pathetic. And I paid $45 to watch that crap.
