Being obsessed with MMA doesn’t mean we can’t mark out for Manny Pacquiao once in a while. It’s hard not to love the guy. He’s a brilliant fighter who’s somehow managed to stay humble, he has a lovely singing voice, and he’s never publicly referred to our favorite sport as panty-wrestling porno for beer-drinkers. It’s almost too bad that we’ll be dutifully liveblogging UFC 105 tomorrow (Spike TV, 8 p.m. ET/PT), because we’re curious to see how Pac-Man does against WBO welterweight champ Miguel Cotto in their 145-pound contest at the MGM Grand Las Vegas. The Pacquiao/Cotto broadcast starts at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. on HBO PPV, so hopefully you live near a kickass sports bar that will be showing both fight cards at the same time. im a huge fan of pacquiao!! he has a tough fight a head of him against miguel cotto. if he wins this fight he should be able to finally make mayweather step up and fight or step off the sceen for for good!

And I'm taking Cotto in a late round KO after wearing Pac Man down (rough, dirty, body shots).

Going to be an absolutely epic brawl either way.

I'm a fan of both sports. Hopefully, the main event (sorry, Pacman vs Cotto is the main event for me compared to Couture vs Vera) will start after 11pm as usual and UFC 105 would be over by then. I'm going to order boxing PPV and watch UFC 105 until the main event starts. It might sound like a waste of money but it's Pacman vs Cotto!!!!

Disgusting, I'm watching UFC over this quote-unquote sporting event. To me, boxing was just invented to watch two homosexuals in flamboyant shorts stand close, staring into each others eyes, which often leads to hugging. MMA is a man's sport, screw that 12 round homo tango.
