I think this might be a language-translation issue. I don’t think CC was saying Al-Turk didn’t need to make him poke him; he might have been saying it wasn’t an intentional poke [which I still believe] and that since he looked to the ref to see if action was going to be stopped and didn’t get any indication, he had a responsibility to keep fighting.
