With 13 of his 28 professional victories coming by some form of knockout, it’s no secret what one can expect from Dan Henderson when he steps into the cage. In fact, he’s finished his last three opponents via stoppage, and according to his striking coach Gustavo Pugliese, he’ll be looking to make it four straight when he meets Mauricio “Shogun” Rua on November 19th…

Visit to read about Hendo’s game-plan for his Octagon return next month.

^ In general I just don't support the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, I think they are about profit and control as oppose to stopping the spread of terrorism. Good luck with the Krav Maga that little neice will be crushing windpipes in no time.

LOL and I recently became a uncle too just a few years ago, so that niece of mine is soon to be taking some Krav Maga classes as its too local to pass up and she is now 3. I am old school, Shotokan plus a mix of other more practical training...
I think your right about Shogun - Hendo is in for a fight. And no more sheep references for, or at you - GRIN
As for the military issues, I am not sure if you disagree with the Civil War, or the the use of Counter-deception techniques on civilians?
If your into that facet of warfare...pick this up.

Im taking Shogun in this fight, he won't be silly enough to stand in front of Hendo's murderball and I think his leg kicks are going to make the difference. @ XENO, I don't really think u r a troll, Just that u r batshit crazy and fairly entertaining, my exception to u was calling me a sheep when I didn't tow the line with your hairbrained theory. I've agreed with u before but not on the CP/UFC Conspiracy and not on military issues, that doesn't mean I still don't have love for ya kid, your like my crazy racist uncle who used to sneak me beers at Christmas when I was a kid, Don't ever leave us

As for macreadysshack, one question. This retard wants to know if that handle of yours from the 1982 movie by John Carpenter?
XENOPHON- October 17, 2011 at 9:43 pm
Here's the thing about the CP in Bed with Dana White troll. Its the 4th or 5th time I have thrown that out...simple pattern analysis demonstrates each time the same exact same people come back (immediately)online with the same fury and vengeance towards me, nearly as Jules Winnfield in Pulp Fiction.
Have to ask one's self if that is a coincidence (which I was trained to sense is 99% of the times discounted) or do they have their own agenda for defending the CP Staff or Dana, Zuffa, and the UFC?
Have said much here about me, and its all true. One of many graduate level courses I've had was in counter deception of disinformation and misinformation. They are not the same, and each has it's own clear tell-tail methodology.
CharlesMcCarthy knows about cheats who use creams and lotions, I know about people with alternative agendas. Like the MMA fighter, I too break people on that note, no foul - no harm. We, me and you are all good.

So many people confuse Trolls with retards. Maybe that's what is sponsoring the misunderstanding.
intercept440- October 17, 2011 at 4:02 pm
weve all probably done our fair share of the ol troll line once or twice.
ill admit, it can be amusing sometime.
specialy the ones where our canadian brothers, get all butthurt over something inane and innoucuos
XENOPHON- October 17, 2011 at 2:31 pm
maybe a bit, but its not a crime to be bored or have free time and spend it here...even if on occasion finding not life, and trolling to bring something into the thread.
I forget his name-handle, but a close friend of CP recently posted and he accused the editors of trolling. No one said anything, but he was right. All their articles take a slant and spin, and thus artificially influence how the content is received.
Whats good for the goose, is good for the gander...

That was like the Jotun of troll comments.
Kimbos Bread- October 17, 2011 at 1:21 pm

That post you put up sure is long.

And so is my Johnson.
intercept440- October 17, 2011 at 1:07 pm
that was quite a bit of a troll.
XENOPHON- October 17, 2011 at 12:56 pm
as for the the other article, so we are clear....

@Todd M
SPH – I know, and most realize or know that’s the point right. The sheep shake, when they realize the wolf has spied them, and the fish chase the the hook, line, and sinker. GRIN
I didn’t really know what a internet troll was, it’s more a kids word, so I looked it up the other day. Here is what I found out.
In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts INFLAMMATORY, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with THE PRIMARY INTENT OF PROVOKING READERS INTO AN EMOTIONAL RESPONSE. bingo!
The noun troll may refer to the provocative message itself, as in: “That was an excellent troll you posted”. While the word troll and its associated verb trolling are associated with Internet discourse, media attention in recent years has made such labels subjective, with trolling describing intentionally provocative actions outside of an online context. (and here’s the rub, my trolls play on the articles theme or a few posters individual opinions.)
The verb troll originates from Old French troller, a hunting term. The noun troll comes from the Old Norse word for a mythological monster.
In modern English usage, the verb troll is a fishing technique of slowly dragging a lure or baited hook from a moving boat. The word evokes the trolls of Scandinavian folklore and children’s tales, where they are often creatures bent on mischief and wickedness.
The contemporary use of the term is alleged to have appeared on the Internet in the late 1980s, but the earliest known example is from 1992. Early non-internet related use of trolling for actions deliberately performed to provoke a reaction can be found in the military; by 1972 the term trolling for MiGs was documented in use by US Navy pilots in Vietnam.

I don't think this is going to such an easy match for Hendo, Shogan may have been outclassed by Jones, but Hendo would not have much of any advantage over Jones.
As for Rashad, with the time off he will need to really figure out who he is, and what it will take to regain his title. Its called time for introspection.
myklhoey- October 17, 2011 at 12:49 pm
Id be real surprised if he koed shogun but hell fall short wen he faces jones and i aint no fan of jones hes jus good no denyin it. I see rashad givin jonrs a problem
exect4500- October 17, 2011 at 12:45 pm
If Hendo beats Shogun in an impressive fashion, Rashad will get his title-shot at some point in 2015.
