Dana White Issues the First Ever “Thank You for Getting those Trunks off TV as Soon as Possible” Bonus

Proof that ReX loves you and wants you to be happy. Props to ReX13.

Actions have consequences. If you’re going to make a screen name bet, you may have to be #1CaseyAnthonyFan for the next few weeks. If you’re going to wear manties in the Octagon, you may really gross out your boss. Perhaps to the point where he’ll invent a new bonus to give the guy who knocks you out. Due to Dennis Hallman’s wardrobe, Brian Ebersole became the first- and probably last- fighter to pocket seventy grand for winning the “Thank You for Getting those Trunks off TV as Soon as Possible” bonus.

The other End of the Night bonuses were a bit more traditional. For living up to the expectations we’ve always had of him by quickly knocking out Yoshihiro Akiyama, “War Belford” took home the Knockout of the Night bonus. Vitor Belfort more than likely knocked Akiyama out of the UFC as well, unless Akiyama is willing to drop to welterweight.

Also, the Fight of the Night bonuses went to Rashad Evans and Tito Ortiz for their two round main event tilt. As dominant as Rashad Evans looked, both fighters pushed for a quick finish throughout the fight. It’s hard to argue against a title shot for Rashad Evans after a performance like that. It’s even harder not to give Ortiz credit for continuing to push forward throughout the fight.

Now also at X, The Prince was a job application. was never meant for print even though is does hold bearing even today. And renaisssance Italy is hardly an example for anything modern if YOU ACTUALLY KNOW HISTORY.
ccman- August 8, 2011 at 4:57 pm
sorry, showed as repeat so was blocked all night from phone, now....
A. No history need be shown. Rape, does not have to show a history. The comments reported to recorded publicaly, I have not heard them but I am sure there are plenty of recordings. Rape is criminal, this is civil. plus EEOC, history is a must. if you think i am wrong, file with them, i have from both sides, no history, nothing. you should know this.

B. Workplace harassment law is a speech restriction of remarkable breadth. It goes far beyond slurs, hardcore pornography, repeated vulgar sexual propositions, and the like, and can suppress, among other things it includes sexually themed (perhaps not even misogynistic) jokes.
What slur are you referenciong? i see no slur. I see a joke which would be protected by the satire/parody exeption that protects newspapers, media, and everyone else. plus it can be called a funny name for a win bonus.

C. The comments where made while Hallman is under a full time and attention structured contract. I have not read it, so I don’t know what it says.
neither do i so therefore contract law is now excluded. both sides.

D. Another way to measure loss or injury is from a public defamation of character. This includes verbal attacks on a person’s professional character or standing.
When was his character defamed? he was not called a bad fighter (which is 1st amendment protected) His shorts were called bad.. they were. again, satire/parody. 1st amendment disapears or in truth gets protected.

E. It does not matter when the comments were made. If the CEO pays one employees a bonus to injury another employee based on freedom of expression not covered under the employee-contractor manual. Look up freedom of speech and read what it says. Furthermore, the UFC does international business, so it’s CEO may be answerable to Universal Declaration of Human Rights and recognized in international human rights law in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
Negative, you said "bounty". that would suggest that DW offered a bonus to knock out the guy in the funny shorts prior to him entering the ring. tHIS DID NOT HAPPEN. Further, you have a US fighter, US company (where they do biz is inconsequential), fighting on us SOIL. FIND ME AN INTERNATIONAL COURT THAT COULD GET JURISDICTION.

F. Your talking about contract law. Did Hallman’s contract strip him of his constitutional rights?
Again, neither of us have read his contract so contract law does not apply. plus you argue constitutional, contract is invalid for arguements sake.

G. Not true. In September 2009, the court case of Brown v. J. Kaz, Inc. ruled that independent contractors are regarded as employees for the purpose of discrimination laws if they work for the employer on a regular basis, and said employer directs the time, place, and manner of employment.
And now you show true ignorance. this was a summery judgement against the plaintiff, showing shw was a contractual employee. it never even made trial. Further, there is case law which could actually define what you attempt to portray, but you apparently do not know it. Further, the plaintiff worked (loosly using the term) for 2 days and did not meet the requirements of ACTUAL case law.

History dictates that we read "the Prince." Machiavelli is person who understands where the strategic, tactical, and operational advantages exist.

I dont know what bothers me more...that a comment of mine ends up, verbatim, attached to a hair removal article (lol) or that Xeno actually tracked it down...

Xeno...until that post I just thought you were silly and dumb. Now im worried you might be that naked guy in a van outside of a grade school salivating over 3rd graders that had a shirts vrs Skins game at recess. At this point I wouldnt put it past you being the one that copied my name and post just so you could refer to it later if/when I bashed you for being stupid again. Please do this world a favor and kill yourself.
ArmFarmer- August 8, 2011 at 11:19 am
Coker better than Dana White at the fight game? What are you fucking smoking? Yes, he really kept diaz under control. Except for that whole miller vs team gracie brawl in the cage (you know, the one dana criticized as being easy to avoid because that many people should never be allowed in the cage?). Diaz is still saying and doing whatever the fuck he wants about anything to anyone at anytime, much of which reflects poorly on his organization. Paul Daley? Dana kept him in check by booting him the fuck out after he committed assault in the cage, then Scott Coker hires his ass immediately after, so who's being irresponsible on that one? Oh, and he really kept a handle on Overeem who ran away to Japan with their heavyweight title for a few years. He does such a great job at promoting popular fighters too, like how cyborg and mayhem can barely ever get a fight. They did an excellent job with their commentary too, having a transvestite moron awkwardly interview fighters. Seriously, there is not one thing other than free events that strikeforce ever held the edge on over ufc. Strikeforce, overall, was shit.
Nut Puncher 9000- August 8, 2011 at 11:14 am

I am impressed you found the only copied reproduction of an original comment (I actually made on this very site) in an ad for hair removal products. That wasnt even me buddy. When you are done running google searches for random tag names in an effort to troll up dirt, you should do the world a favor a kill yourself.

I dont need to google you to slam you for being a dumbass...the evidence is clearly printed HERE.
Chipper- August 8, 2011 at 10:45 am
Holy shit Xeno you're an idiot. If Coker was so much smarter and better than Dana, he wouldn't be his bitch right now. I love Coker's idea to have a Heavyweight tourny and have one round a year tho...that worked out great! So much excitement and anticipation for the rest of it! Also if it wasn't for Dana White the UFC would be the equivalent of Backyard Wrestling right now...and you'd have to get your cock viewing pleasure from else where. You'd probably have to look up gay websites and run the risk of your mother coming down into the basement to use her 1995 model Mac computer that you're on and finding your dirty secret under the history tab. You're a lying broke scum bag that is jealous of the life Dana White lives and you can't stand it. The only 7 figures you handle come in the forum of a bukkake, so stop fronting.

People watch UFC fights for....get this...FIGHTS. Nobody wants to see this idiot groping other guys in skimpier clothes than Arianny, except you of course.

Basically what I'm trying to say is...just because you jack off to Franklin & Bash it doesn't make you a law expert, it just makes you a fag.
XENOPHON- August 8, 2011 at 9:23 am
Your points are all succinct, most will agree with you. There are CEO' who are better with early start-up's. The fact is the UFC as we know it would be considered a salvage operation.

Most everything was already in place by the time the Fertitta's committed the final funding. There was a circuit already in place, pay-per-view already had a heartbeat, and the early big name fighters had already been essentially captured.

The problem was Nef Roman, Rorion Gracie, and Robert Meyrowitz could not get it to the next level. From your post, non of this is likely news to you...But Coker should his credit. Not only is he a 5th degree's black belt...people like him. I am sure none of this is news to you.

Yet, you have left me puzzled...

Why do you consider Daley and Diaz criminals?
ArmFarmer- August 8, 2011 at 8:54 am
It's much easier to just ignore the books that xeno keeps writing than to respond to them.. this is a disappointing read. Well I didn't actually read most of it, but if I had I'm confident that it would have been disappointing. Just skip over those comments next time and make a banana hammock joke.
XENOPHON- August 8, 2011 at 8:54 am
As for CEO Dana White, protecting the UFC brand, and his remarks against Hallman, let your own eyes do the judging now.
XENOPHON- August 8, 2011 at 8:51 am
@Nut Puncher 9000

There are about 2 billion people using the internet. Far less than a 1/4 of them are MMA fans, and only 1 person out of 2 billion uses the "Nut Puncher 9000" handle. Your very unique.

Since you brought up funny and hilarious...denying your loving affinity with hair removal expertise, the love of speedos, and a fixation with male ejaculations. LOL

Maybe this will jar your conveniently bad memory?
Mofo- August 8, 2011 at 8:13 am
Wow, really? I was like, 36 comments, I bet they are all HILARIOUS GAY JOKES about Dennis "Banana Hammock" Hallman and his plum smugglers.

You all succumbed to a TROLL for 36 comments??

What IS this,

Pen Fifteen- August 8, 2011 at 6:11 am
I'll have to break with the consensus and suggest that XENOPHON is clearly not stupid, but I think he's barking up the wrong tree with this one. I'm all for prosecution of discrimination, and I think we all need to acknowledge how hard the UFC has had to work to overcome the stigma of grappling being "gay" (are we forgetting the comments of Ricardo Mayorga, Bob Arum, etc.?), and that they're probably terrified that the raging 19-year-olds that make up their target demographic might get the slightest idea that their favorite hobby is not the most fucking macho badass hardcore sport ever ever. But if anyone actually believes that Dennis Hallman's life is any worse of today for DW's comments, rather than the cock slip that was basically his own fault, you're fucking crazy. Can you honestly say you think Hallman "deserves" compensation XENO, or are you just salivating over hypotheticals?
Nut Puncher 9000- August 8, 2011 at 2:17 am
Oh man...LOL...he actually provided a link to prove he sent him (Dennis Hallman) something...HAHAHA. I swear that might be the funniest thing ive seen on this site in a long time.
Nut Puncher 9000- August 8, 2011 at 1:59 am
You outdid yourself buddy. Your comebacks are just as bad as your original comments. I wasnt saying it was the best part as in that you couldnt possibly be smart enough to locate the path to Dennis Hallman, I was mocking you because its Hilarious that you actually sent it to him. I hope he laughs at your foolishness like the rest of the nation did. Now that you have supplied the link perhaps I will follow up with him to see if he laughed at you as hard as I did.
Hair removal products? What? Good one. I own a speedo? Damn you made me cry with that one. Ejaculations in a day? You must be in my bushes right now creepy guy because that was a comment of mine many months ago (said as a joke btw)...but you must remember because of how long you beat the meat trying to see if it was possible.
Seriously...just stay quiet. It really is your best option.
WK- August 8, 2011 at 1:12 am
I have to give credit where credit's due -- as XENOPHON said, Scott Coker's more professional and more efficient at promoting than DF'n-W. He had maybe a 20th of the capital the UFC has and he brought us some kickass cards, kept criminals like Daley and Diaz in check, acquisitioned and did business with many of the Golden Glory people, did business with M-1 and Fedor(!), SF-HWGP, and the list goes on.

Not that I'm knocking DW though. He built a dynasty with the Fertitas. Rock on.
XENOPHON- August 8, 2011 at 12:37 am
Rcik Wlsion my answers were in response to flurry of disjointed arguments from ccman. Don't jump to conclusions so fast. If you scrolled back, I never claimed I was an attorney. Yet, I have been involved in complex commercial litigation well over 7 figures.
Remember pay-per-view is not public television, it's language and content is not regulated the same by the FCC. If anyone is so upset by Hallman, then they ought to watch some Sumo wrestling. The word gymnasium (Latin; from Greek gymnasion, being derived from Greek gymnos, meaning "naked") I suggest you all give this a read:
XENOPHON- August 8, 2011 at 12:16 am
@irish brawler
Exactly correct. With some luck we might see the UFC in a pinch and have to use Bisping as cannon fodder (like they did with Tito.)
If the UFC acts fast, they can get a discount for both Hardy and Bisping with adjoining seats for a one-way trip home on British Airways. Neither would be missed.

Unlike those two clowns, I like Akiyama.
XENOPHON- August 8, 2011 at 12:05 am

Meagan you have a sassy little mouth for a bunny. Its kind of sexiyama coming from a deviate little momma.

It's nice to see that the resident expert on hair removal products has come out of the closet. Punch nut has a pair of speedos too! Will you answer a question for me fuck nut? How many times does a man ejaculate in a 24 hour period?

If you want to get in touch with "Dennis", its not rocket science. Send him an email here:
