MMA Fighter Challenges People to Punch Him in the Face, Everyone Fails

A Day at the Office For WEC Champ Mike Brown

WEC Champ Mike Brown Does Business Casual – Watch more Funny Videos

Last week yours truly was in Florida at American Top Team while on an assignment for Fight! Magazine, and I learned a number of interesting things about what goes on inside the walls of one of America’s best fight gyms.  For instance, here’s WEC featherweight champ Mike Brown getting suited up for another day of training and explaining why he wears business socks to work out in.  You can’t argue with his results, though that might be due more to his training partners than his attire.  The day before this interview was filmed I saw him in a heated sparring match with “JZ” Cavalcante that left both men bloodied before the action spilled out of the ring.  Needless to say, they train hard down at ATT.  Keep an eye out for more videos coming later this week.

@Kaibo
If we are going this route then i need to know what socks all belt wearing fighters are training in. Get on that, you colossal douche. Im glad that you get so serious and upset over others commenting on the matter. Its not like we are going to stop reading CP. But as one member of CP nation speaking to another, please show yourself the door. Good day to you sir.

Right on bro. It's kind of f'ed up because, I want Faber to win, but I just don't see it happening. Brown is a f'in ROCK!!! But if Faber does somehow pull out the "W", that is gonna say a lot about him you have to admit......

@polish: for obvious reasons (or for reasons that would be obvious to anyone who thought about it for ten seconds) ATT doesn't allow their training sessions/sparring matches to be filmed and posted to the internet. So you get this instead.

---- Oh you know I was just giving all a hard time. But you had to know there would be some backlash when you include sentences like "The day before this interview was filmed I saw him in a heated sparring match with “JZ” Cavalcante that left both men bloodied before the action spilled out of the ring." I mean that sparring match was probably better than most fights we see. But I know, they wouldn't let that kind of stuff be recorded.

I'm a fellow Mainer, and have had the pleasure of hangin' with the champ. He's one of the funniest, down to earth guys you would ever meet. Here's to Mike being the champ for a long time!

ATT!

Are people seriously criticizing this? I always saw CagePotato as a site taking the format of a bunch of guys hanging around, cracking jokes and talking shit about MMA with each other...not some hard-hitting, douche-riddled intense blogging site. Well, I guess this site is a bit douche-riddled…

Either way, the Ben’s could have just not updated at all. Instead we see some behind-the-scenes Mike Brown footage. I’m down.

Brown could beat faber again, but hopefuly Uriaj stays away from the fancy shit and makes this fight as excitting as it could be
Ample- May 4, 2009 at 10:06 am
@Jay

To answer your question yes. Brown can beat Faber again and will.

@NealTaflinger: Ha, I actually have a subscription to Esquire, but go out of my way to avoid the yuppy fashion shit, and you see where that has gotten me. I just want to read Chuck Klosterman and Tom Junod.
Jay Smith- May 4, 2009 at 9:48 am
So,..........Can mike beat Faber again? That's what I want to know.
NealTaflinger- May 4, 2009 at 9:35 am
Sartorial fail, Fowlkes. I'm going to get you a gift subscription to Esquire so you can tell the difference between paisley and argyle.
