Diaz’s Camp Fires Back at Penn For Yesterday’s Random Twitter Salvo

(“See, where I come from bitching like that will get you backhanded.”)

Well, it didn’t take long for Team Cesar Gracie to return fire on BJ Penn after “The Prodigy” launched a random Twitter attack on Nick Diaz yesterday.

Here’s what they had to say about Penn’s latest bitchfest via a posting made today on Cesar’s official blog,

Say It Ain’t So BJ…

JANUARY 6, 2012

BJ Penn has apparently not come to terms with the beating he received at the hands of Nick Diaz. Below is his latest posting on his Twitter account:

@nickdiaz209 Look how much bigger you are in this pic..I thought you were gonna scrap from the beginning homie? What was that coward fence holding strategy to tire out the smaller man? Street fighter my ass! I made you fight like glass jaw @jonfitchdotnet poser!
I’ll be ready for that weak bs next time we fight!

At some point it is up to those around you to protect you from yourself. To take you aside and let you know you are wrong and help save you from your folly. Unfortunately for Penn he is surrounded by “Yes Men” that are unwilling to do that. The outcome will be predictable, resulting in a fighter that will never push himself to the fullest and will always have excuses for his losses.

Who knew that Team Cesar Gracie would have the more level-headed response?

2012 is turing out to be some Bizarro World, alternate MMA universe. Next you’re going to tell me that Chael Sonnen is going to go full pro wrestler and get his own Piper’s Pit.

My favorite movie with Piper in it is "Hell comes to Frogtown"
The title alone should draw you in but if needed heres the IMDB link to it. I watched it long ago on USA Up all Night if anyone is old enough to remember that. LOL

I'm with omelette platter. Andre's performance was brilliant

The only fair thing to do is to let BJ fight Tito. The winner can script Diaz's next missed PR event excuse, the loser will be executed and donated to science so the giant cranium to shitty excuse ratio can finally be worked out.

And for those of you who prefer classic pro wrestling, 1950's pro wrestler Lenny "The Bull" Montana was Luca Brasi in the Godfather. Beat that Rowdy Roddy.

@ Danga - I got your clarification about starring roles, but for side characters (not cameos), I think Jesse Ventura as Captain Freedom in Running Man takes the cake. Much better than his work in Predator.

Oh, and if anyone is in the mood for Rowdy Roddy and They Live, its on Netflix streaming now.

Crybaby J needs to go back to his modeling career.

So tired of BJ's excuses and bullshit. Even if this is purely to make some heat, its still too fuckin lame to tolerate. BJ got his ass KICKED, period. End of story.
Hes talented, but lacks commitment it seems. Let him be relegated to the past - in other words, just retire if youre not going to go balls out ya fuck.
As for the movies, I have to agree with Danga (ffs) They Live is the best movie *starring* a pro wrestler I can think of as well. Though I never saw that Scorpion King shit and the Expendables isnt starring Stone Cold or I would have gone for that as well.

@Danga What about Mr. Nanny or Suburban Commando?
Omelette Platter- January 6, 2012 at 1:28 pm
@danga: there is no movie starring a professional wrestler that is greater than 'the princess bride'.
RSparrow- January 6, 2012 at 12:39 pm
Penn doesn't deserve a fight with Diaz. There, I said it.

And what goes better with 2 chopped river feet? 2 chopped...
My bad, wrong thread

Wino is perfectly acceptable and accurate. Thank you for the compliment. I love the cp comment sections, some of the funniest people on the internet.

I have yet to see The Expendables or Warrior (I know, I know, how could I?) but Sloppy, please tell me you saw the movie upon which that show was based? SO AWESOME.

Best T.V. Series... Thunder in Paradise
Sloppyspray- January 6, 2012 at 12:16 pm
What about The Expendables with Stone Cold?
El Guapo- January 6, 2012 at 11:59 am
I wish I knew what the hell you were talking about, Wino(I can call you Wino, right?). But even though I haven't the slightest clue about some fine vino- more of a rubbing alcohol and kool aid kinda guy- your posts always make me laugh my ass off.
overeems_needle- January 6, 2012 at 11:48 am
What about Warrior? Kurt Angle playing the ever so silent bad ass Koba...
DangadaDang- January 6, 2012 at 11:43 am
while those are undoubtedly great cameo picks, I said STARRING. And with competition like The Tooth Fairy, The Scorpion King, and The Condemned, I'd say They Live reigns far supreme.
And Irish, if Carano is going to wrestle anyone, allow me to throw my pick for Christina Hendricks into the mix.
mmasommelier- January 6, 2012 at 11:39 am
That's a great pairing El Guapo and worth a try! Typically with severed feet I tend to look for friendly levels of the vinification fault Brettanomyces which leads towards funky, gamey, bacon notes. Especially in Syrahs from the North Rhone...mmm Noel Verset Cornas.
El Guapo- January 6, 2012 at 11:31 am
Chopped river feet pair well with Bigfoot chardonnay on cold and windy nights. Bold and aromatic with a slightly skunky taste, it's the perfect match to severed flesh.

@danga come on its either Rockey 3 with hogan or waterboy with capt insane-0 although spiderman with macho needs a mention
Irishwolfhound491- January 6, 2012 at 11:29 am
Danga let's be honest here, Haywire is easily gonna take the explosion and crummy dialogue saturated cake. We all know Carano's next belt is gonna be fought in a bra and panties match against Melina...actually maybe this whole transitional thing she's got going on ain't such a bad idea.

Wrong site ignore that one guys!
