(Junie would never accept a "Hertz donut" from Efrain ever again.)
During the entire season of The Ultimate Fighter: Team Nogueira vs. Team Mir, lightweight standout Efrain Escudero blogged his reactions to each new episode, right here on CagePotato.com. And wouldn’t you know it, the son-of-a-bitch is going to the finals (congrats, Efrain)! Check out what he has to say about episodes 11 and 12, and let him know how you feel in the comments section.

So the day is finally here, the biggest fight of my life. As I’m preparing in my room I just start to think back on how it all started. Who would have thought wrestling in junior high would have turned into this — whooping ass on national television. Since the semi-final matches were announced, everyone was itching to get back in the ring and get their shot at glory.
First, Bader and Elliot fought. Do you guys remember back in earlier episodes I said it wasn’t a good idea for Elliot to call out Bader? Well that was pretty much it; Bader controlled the fight and pretty much just muscled out a victory by decision — so the scoreboard reads Team Nog: 1, Team Mir: 0.
Everything in the house is pretty chill at this point, as these fights are so important; I was in the zone, blocking out everything around me. I could only focus on one thing and that was finishing Junie. The guy just runs his mouth a little too much and all I wanted to do was put my fist in there to close it up.
Now it’s the semis for the other spot in the LW finals — Roop vs. Nover. Now don’t get me wrong, I like George — hell, we have been friends for quite some time before coming on this show. But George got worked. Phillipe came out dropping bombs, the fight then went to the ground and Phillipe worked a Kimura. Phillipe looked pretty good out there. So now the score board reads Team Nog: 2, Team Mir: 0.
Was it me or did anyone else think there hadn’t been a good Junie tantrum in quite some time?? I’m skipping the Krystof vs. Vinny fight. Vinny landed a sick arm-bar, case closed, Team Nog: 2, Team Mir: 1.
Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome back the Junie Browning show. It had been gone way to long — I sure as hell didn’t miss it. So watching the show last night I get to see how terrified Junie actually was, which was hilarious especially when he was trying to give his spot to Shane. It finally hit Junie: HE ISN’T ANY GOOD.
Back at the house the guys were just outside bullshitting on the patio and someone turned on the crazy switch in Junie’s head and he’s throwing glasses and taking swings at Shane Primm. Then of course he goes running away from the situation when he is confronted.
Then Dana comes to the house. At this point we are all thinking Junie is going home for good and that Nelson was going to take his place. I was praying that Dana would let that idiot stay, I’ve been wanted to beat his ass since day 1 and to get down to the eve of the fight and tell me no — that’s like a girl taking off her top and then asks you what you’re staring at. So Dana gathers up the guys and asks what we want to do with Junie. Everybody wants to see him get his ass kicked so we vote to leave him in the house and let me get a crack at him.
In my dressing room I was getting jacked. I was so focused on finishing Junie to leave no questions unanswered and show him what I was all about. The game plan was to go in and show Junie that I can stand with him and once he realized that he would just quit because he doesn’t have a chance with me on the ground. Because according to him I am the “Ultimate Wrestler”
As I am walking into the cage I look and see Junie sitting down in the corner — what is this guy’s problem, I was thinking. It made me ready to smash him even more. So the bell finally rings and we get to throwing. We start exchanging and I stand with Junie and I could see his confidence disappear with each second of the fight. Junie attempts to take me down — and was very unsuccessful. I decide to take the fight to the ground; I get in Junie’s guard, slipped in a darce choke and Junie tapped. After they announced the decision Junie ran off like a girl who had been embarrassed at her senior prom. I was so happy that I won. The whole situation of the fight — who it was against, the stakes of winning — was awesome.
So here it is guys, Bader vs. Vinny and Nover vs. Escudero. Make sure you guys watch the live finale next Saturday. I just want to thank all my fans and people who helped me get to where I am today. You know who you are.

commentsPS. remember this post when junie is holding the lightweight belt bcuz im right!
Were those very nice things to say about the guy that handed your ass to you?
Vinny is a monster, he is a cocky son of a bitch though and my favorite part of the show was him begging to get back into big No'g good graces.
Nover has some amazing talent and a great striker. He seems like a good kid and it's hard not to like him.
So although I want Bader to win I think Vinny is gonna end up jumping guard and getting a sub, just like he did with K-Sos.
Either way though both of those guys have a good future in the sport.
Nover vs Efrain, no offense to Efrain but I just don't think he can keep up with Phillipe's level of intensity. Phillipe has great accuracy and he starts blasting and throwing combos right away, Efrain seems much more timid and that isnt going to work out in his favor.
Junie you talk so much shit you cant even believe what you say. I have a friend like you , no joke, he can be nice but can get violent real quick. Also something you two have in common, he is a homosexual...
Junie, you should go back to high school (or junior high) and finish your education. You are the dumbest inbread m.f. I have ever seen in my life!
You just moved the Diaz brothers up a notch in my book!
You did what you had to do and now your in the final but it all counts for nothing if you dont win.
Good foot work like the Count used against Lieben will keep you out of harms way,
I think you could knock him out GSP style low low high with the leg kicks, chop away watch his guard drop and bang "Eat shin" 100k in your "sky rocket" then you can pop over to old Blighty and Fight at the O2.
@ Olie
I like it.
I think you have as good a chance in the final as Phillipe.
As for Junie Brown, I posted here before he had even fought anyone in the house, when he first threw he's tantrums that he was a coward and that had proved to have been the case, how anyone can support a guy who is afraid to fight is beyond me.
Mostly he squared up to the 205'ers who he knew wouldn't hit him...he then jumps the cage when there's 10 guys to hold him back..a coward and a disgrace..Lieben behaved badly in the house(not nearly as badly as brown) but at least he backed it up the guy has balls.
If I ever see browning in the UFC I'll be disappointed. Complete and utter prick artist.
Surely you mean, "Fuck English?". Like what I did there? =]
I think Nover will easily win, but don’t take away any respect for Efrain because the guy comes across as a gentleman and a professional.
Good luck to Efrain in the live final. I will be rooting for Efrain because I like the guy (I also like Nover) and I like an underdog. However, you can’t get away from the fact that Nover is better standing, has better cardio and has better Jiu Jitsu. He always looks so calm and relaxed which is a top attribute to the best fighters out there (GSP, Anderson Silva, Fedor Emelianenko etc).
P.S. I wonder if Junie could beat Dave Kraplan?
