Efrain, I kind of hope that they match you up with Junie again in a UFC match when he’s been training at Xtreme Couture and doesn’t have the house distractions. I think he’ll beat you worse than you’re gonna get beat by Nover on the 13th.

I want the Arizonans to win (GO AZ GO) but in all honesty its going to be an uphill battle.

Vinny is a monster, he is a cocky son of a bitch though and my favorite part of the show was him begging to get back into big No’g good graces.

Nover has some amazing talent and a great striker. He seems like a good kid and it’s hard not to like him.

So although I want Bader to win I think Vinny is gonna end up jumping guard and getting a sub, just like he did with K-Sos.

Either way though both of those guys have a good future in the sport.

Nover vs Efrain, no offense to Efrain but I just don’t think he can keep up with Phillipe’s level of intensity. Phillipe has great accuracy and he starts blasting and throwing combos right away, Efrain seems much more timid and that isnt going to work out in his favor.

Efrain comes across as a really nice guy. He stayed in the house and took all the bullshit from Junie & Nelson and didn’t rise to it. Many guys would have lost the plot and succumbed to their level of idiocy but not Efrain, despite being the junior of the trio. And guess what? The guy legitimately beat both of these guys hating on him and now he’s in the live final.

I think Nover will easily win, but don’t take away any respect for Efrain because the guy comes across as a gentleman and a professional.

Good luck to Efrain in the live final. I will be rooting for Efrain because I like the guy (I also like Nover) and I like an underdog. However, you can’t get away from the fact that Nover is better standing, has better cardio and has better Jiu Jitsu. He always looks so calm and relaxed which is a top attribute to the best fighters out there (GSP, Anderson Silva, Fedor Emelianenko etc).

hmm vinny does have great submissions and will prolly destroy Bader on the ground. What does vinny want? Bader to take him down, what does Bader want (well pretty much need)? To take down Vinny. Easy fight for the Ju Jitsu expert. Whoever says he’s better than Nog needs to take a step back though. You have to remember Vinny is fighting people who aren’t even in the ufc, yet fighting for a spot, they aren’t experienced at all. Nog has submitted people who are veterans in pride and the ufc. Big difference. Phillipe will also take out Efrain. I like them both, but phillipe’s stand up and punching power is too much. On the ground it’s more even, but I see efrain on his back if anything.

Junie has done nothing but two things this season of TUF. One being play the reality TV guy. Two being blow any chance at being invited to a real training program afterward. Cutting your own throat and blaming it on your own lack of training is still cutting your own throat, but dodging fights you are bound to lose due to set lack of training makes you unfit for the sport. Train up or get out. He never seemed to realize that the winners of TUF aren’t the only ones to go on to have careers, and the exposure from the show should be taken advantage of.
