We caught up with Forrest Griffin at the MMA Expo last month in Toronto (before news of his rumored third match-up with Tito Ortiz at UFC 121 was leaked) and we spoke with the former UFC light heavyweight champ about a variety of topics including returning from his shoulder injury, the possibility of facing Lyoto Machida, his new book and how dirty he feels after shaking hands with fans and signing autographs all day.

Congratulations you have made most likely probably the most awkward and terrible interview in the very very long time. why dont you are trying to acquire some interesting stuff in the subject instead of trying (and failing) being realley funny.

now everyone may have visual evidence of mike russell’s turrrrrible hair, someone must sit him lower and make sure he understands that Everyone thinks some people that have their locks like seems just like a douche wipe (apart from other douche baby baby wipes)

Forrest is an eccentric guy and not an easy interview. CP does a great job of keeping things light, moving the conversation along and using your trademark humor. Well done.

I like Forrest's Fight Club reference. "How's that working out for you? Being clever." Sailed right over MRuss's head. There was the height disadvantage, though, so that's bound to happen.

Forrest seems tough to interview anyway since he's all over the board all the time. He doesn't have that brain to mouth filter that a good portion of the human population has. He doesn't seem to care, either.

Interview with Forrest - Not what you think you'll get.

Conversation with Forrest - Not what you think you'll get, but probably less awkward. If you can roll with it okay.
