@joshuan, guys, fedors skillset aint diminished, hes just the fighter he used to be, the general level of mma has been going up and together with the development towards huge heavyweights he's just in the wrong weight class. Werdum was a fluke, fedor made a mistake thinking he could finish him, and fabricio played it well looking like getting knocked down while he just wanted fedor into his guard. Silva is a talented and complete fighter and together with the size just too much for the so much smaller emperor. Previously fedor has faced either giants like that huge ass asian joke or semmy who are such one sided fighters lacking in overall skills so that fedor has been able to outskill them or then skilled but normal sized fighters like noguera who fedor has been able to defeat with having such high level general skills. Do you guys think that fedor would have dominated silva 5y ago? I dont think so, silva is too skilled for fedor to really outskill him and the size gives thus a huge advantage. If fedor would do like pro athletes do, fighting in the right class and training with top guys he would rule LW except maybe for bones (now thats an interesting fight). And still who knows what would have happened in the next round against silva. Yes he was dominated on the ground by silva but standing up fedor did well. It was an allright call from the ref but then again kos was allowed to continue against gsp, so another guy might have let the silva fight go on. WAR Fedor, go and show them that a guy ur own size dont stand a chance apart from bones.

Great work on the poster.Up there with the Dream posters.
Should be a fun card. I say Fedor smashes Hendo at 220. Gracie vs Lawal should be interesting - Hoping for Gracie on this one. Then Fedor to LHW for a title run in the UFC or retire.

whats dan hendo gonna look like at 220? packing on muscle won't really help him in this fight. on paper fedors got this.. gonna be a good fight tho for sure
The_Dead_Cow- June 3, 2011 at 1:24 pm
Hope Hendo makes him sleep, just to piss off all the fanboys.

Looks like Mo is on this card. Anyone know if he's still on twitter?
joshuan29- June 3, 2011 at 12:41 pm
to him*

Hendo literally has no shot in this fight. Yes his skills have diminished, but getting in there and slugging it out with a Giant like Silva still says alot about Fedor. Henderson got worn out by Jake Shiels for God's sake. Imagine what Fedor will do tome. And I hope after this fight, Fedor will either drop down to LHW or call it a career. No need to tarnish his legacy with losses to steroid-breathing behemoths, who wouldn't have stood a chance with Fedor in his prime. You're in the twilight of your career Fedor. Go home and have some Vodka!
