Sapp has to be one of the worst fighters I have ever seen in my entire life. At first I thought CP's disgust with him was exaggerated but after watching that video, I don't think you could show me an individual with less skill or natural athletic ability than Bob Sapp, not to mention he is also a huge pussy.

Sapp is such a vag. Sounds like Iceman's book is a pretty good read, compared to Matt Hughes book how does it fair? Because I just got done reading that and wanted to kill myself it was so boring!
