Heads up, Potato Nation, we wanted to turn you on to an opportunity to lay in to some cool free stuff from Vladimir Matyushenko, just between us. Now, don’t tell nobody but a friend of the Potato dropped us a line about a contest running on everybody’s favorite social networks to hate on, and it sounded like it might be right up our alley.

Vladdy and his friends have been amusing themselves with #JanitorTips on Twitter, and they’ve decided to issue an open challenge for the most hilarious/memorable/violently amusing tips. Some examples thus far:

- Janitors don’t tell jokes, they deliver punchlines. #janitortips

- Breaking news: Toronto’s garbage collectors will be going on strike April 30th because @vladthejanitor is taking out the trash #janitortips

-Every janitor should be able to sweep, mop, and ankle pick. #janitortips

You are also encouraged to Tweet at Matyushenko with humorous pictures or photoshops involving cleaning up carnage, mopping up competition, and taking out trash. Pictures that somehow convey the message that Vlady is a hardworking badass would probably pull some bonus points.

The payoff: Matyshenko and his management company will pick eleven winners. Seven of them will not achieve Total Victory, but will receive compensation in the form of Hayabusa Fight Shorts and Jakt t-shirts.  Sorry, bro.  The top 4 winners will each receive the grand prize of one of the following:

Vlady’s gloves from his UFC 129 bout in Toronto versus Jason Brilz
His UFC 129 competition banner signed by Matyushenko and all of his cornermen
An autographed vintage IFL poster of Vlady (!)
A “janitorial kit” specially picked out by Vlady (we have no idea what this would involve, and our source is keeping mum)

Third, click the “Like” button on Vlady’s Facebook Fan Page.

The winners of the contest will be announced in 2 viral videos that Vlady will launch two weeks leading up to UFC 129. You know that you have won if you see The Janitor himself reciting your Janitor Tip in the videos, which is kind of cool in itself.

Now we know that some of you have said that you’re not at all familiar with Twitter, and we understand.
