Your right RNS, I do like Diaz, and the whole gay "Stockton is toughest" thing. I wasn't the toughest, like many here I grew up in a semi-tough city in the Inland Empire during H.S.

I have been to Stockton a few times, and it is impoverished and for most part a shit hole - filled with trash from every race. It's worse than where I lived - which is now mostly all new, expensive, and trendy-uppity. Perfect for retired parents.

Point is both those fucking Diaz brothers and their cadre bring the average street side to the sport. Sure they have their sponsors they have to kiss ass too, but they are still raw. They represent a stark contrast to the ass kissing GSP's and Couture's of the world. When weighed or stood against most other individual sports like tennis, golf, or bowling - MMA started out as raw.

One question, where do you place some of the new big names? I would say that JDS is much like Couture - a generally nice guy. Jones on the other hand, is more like a Anderson Silva, or GSP. Talented, but selling out faster than you can shake your wanker.

I don't know about other regions or locales that can boast the same, but can say that in high school years (81-85) the real scene for my generation was underground and in San Diego - as I had friends who loved to go there in the weekends, blow some Colombian rails, and do the bare-fisted no rules, pit fights before hitting the town and chasing pussy.

So yeah, I am primarily a Diaz fan as I remember that Diaz was pretty fucking good back in his earlier UFC days, and never completely understood why he was short riffed from their rooster...Also that he likes the dirtweed (I don't do drugs) is fine with me.

Just watched the Diaz clip...he is what other fighters need to go back to. I know there are the Dirtweed Diaz haters, and his kid brother is alright, but Nick is what the sport was all about prior to UFC 1.

I guessed 6 of 9 of the people that need to go away. Betty White was the only one I don't hate, but I would gladly see her go if I could scour the other 8 from the face of God's creation.

I don't think Brock has a weak chin. I just think he has bad headmovement in a division where you better not take too many hits. I think Shane Carwin and Cain could probably knock out a horse with a right hook.
