Cheerleader Jiu Jitsu is definitely a good way to educate people on the ground games. Sure it's still gay, but it's gay in a way that straight guys can enjoy.

And I'm glad Quinn is now pobably at light heavyweight, Now the division truly is stacked. Quinn Vs Liddell anyone? Stevia isn't a banned substance is it? On the subject, of banned substances, if Machida tests positive at any point, does he get double the fine/suspension because he gets two doses when most fighters would only get one?

Also loving the MJ jokes. But it looks like it wasn't a heart attack; he was found in pediatrics after having a stroke.
