(Some artists work in oils or acrylics. "Krazy Horse" works in mug shots.)
Hope you’re sitting down for this one, Potato Nation, because it isn’t going to be easy to hear. Charles "Krazy Horse" Bennett, the Pride and EliteXC veteran with ten years worth of MMA experience, has been arrested. Again. Sherdog.com reports that Bennett was popped at 6:30 pm on Monday night "on suspicion of felony aggravated battery" at the FIT NHB gym in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he is listed as a team member. It’s unclear whether that means he was simply picked up at the gym, or whether he actually committed the (alleged) battery there, though the latter would make for a much better story, especially if it happened during a training session.
Obviously, Bennett is innocent until proven guilty, but this isn’t the Horse’s first run-in with the law. The guy’s been nabbed so many times there is a highlight reel of his mug shot photos, and it’s generally accepted that if you book him to fight there’s always a chance that he’ll miss the date due to being in jail. His past exploits on the wrong side of the law have included arrests for drug distribution, kidnapping, domestic violence, and battery against a pregnant woman. Yeah, we know.
After the jump, check some highlights from "Krazy Horse’s" career in legal violence

commentsas entertaining as he is he should still be shot in the face for that, or run over in a car, or maybe even dunked in gasoline and lit on fire, with the promise that if he can do a burning backflip of the cage that youll put him out with the extinguisher
dudes strait up criminal
IT MUST EXIST!!!!
I would feel bad for the guy. But he's a special kind of crazy. That & I imagine he doesn't have too many problems in prison.
Perhaps somebody who isn't Old Drunk n Irish or Young Drunk n Handsome can help clear this up for us? Either way, love watching Caballo Loco fight. Charles Bennet, not so much. Crazy Horse? Ahhhh yeeaahhhhhh
walkin to your fight on a cell phone, thats funny shit.
I went to the 1st EXC show in Southaven and was asked to hold Crazy horses/or his mangers digital camera, when he knocked out KJ Noons. One of the guys I was with was from Ocala and we were bullshitting with Horse before the fight. Never have I seen anyone so calm and cool before going into the ring. Funny as hell.
Last thing he said before the walkout? If something happens to that camera I'll kick your ass next.
I believed him.
As funny and epic as that video is it didn't seem like Crazy Horse really instigated anything. The whole chute box team was standing over him talking shit before he snapped, threw a punch and got choked out. Of course the crazy rumor is after he woke up he chased Wanderlei down and knocked him out......but I kind of don't believe that one.
I tried googling it but couldn't find anything. A relatively young fighter, born in 85, but died last year? Record was 9-2-1.
I'm not overly fussed, I'm just always intrigued how young men end up dying, especially seeing as he fought pro.
I love watchin' Krazy Horse fight. The man's a nut-job and couldn't be more entertaining if he tried.
To his credit, he is a wiley fighter with unorthadox striking. His cardio is great. He's fast.
...unfortunately, he hates the ground game and doesn't like to train in it.
Surprisingly, he's done some very good escapes/defense when he gets taken to the mat.
I had always hoped he would get his act together and at least show up on a Strikeforce Challengers Series fight or Cage Rage.
....seems like we won't be seeing him for a while.
KEEP SMILIN' KRAZY HORSE!
FIRST, BITCHES!
